diet里面有很多carb，吃fat free的东西没什么用处（有没有坏处，我不好说；文章里
说的是有坏处，促进carb的吸收和糖的存储）。在cut了足够的carb以后，再cut一些
fat，可以进一步降低热量摄入，促进减肥。 |

A cup of whole milk has much more calories than a cup of fat free milk (say
roughly 150 vs 100). So fat free stuff is good for total calorie control in
general. But the more interesting question is if I could balance out that
difference by controlling my other intake and isolate the effect of the milk

smartest/greediest managed to fatten their wallets while causing the misery
of the whole nation is beyond my comprehension. That being said, the
effective way to fix a loophole is by introducing new legislation which bans
the practice of using such loopholes.
If, as you said, the rules do not specify how to use the "extra" green card,
then the USCIS is entitled to allocate them to whatever use they deem fit.
