觉得最近股市涨的太疯了，想把401k的mutual fund (这些都是持有股票的mutual fund
)换成Fidelity US Bond Index(FBIDX),如果股市调整的话，等调整的出不多的时候再
把FBIDX调整成Mutual fund.
问题是有没有时间限制持有FBIDX?是不是如果小于一定的时间，转出会有penalty?

话好像太多了，因为每年在这账户里投的钱也不多，所以想这五个funds种选个2，3个
就好了。
大家能不能帮我看看如何取舍。我有点举棋不定~

it is an active fund and is too expensive.
if you are very very Conservative, you can get some FBIDX. But this fund
has too much very long term bond, which I think is very bad. the interests
is 0 and the only way is up. think about it. |

So another option I can do is to buy these four instead of FFNOX, which may
result in lower expense ratio than buying FFNOX. However, then I will have
to do re-balancing myself. Am I right? |

less than 0.23%!
48.73% FUSEX 0.1%
12.53% FSEMX 0.1%
20.99% FSIIX 0.2%
13.72% FBIDX 0.22%
That means that you can construct your own FFNOX, and it has expense ratio
of only
.4873*.1+.1253*.1+.2099*.2+.1372*0.22 = 0.1334%, 40% less than what FFNOX
charges you!
In other words, fidelity, by lumping these four funds together (something
you can do completely by yourself), secretely adds 72% more fee in expense
