达。这项研究表明，Fbox蛋白能与CRL1进行结合，但在竞争性蛋白质CAND1存在的条件
下，CAND1能取代Fbox的位置
并与CRL1结合，当CRL1底物发生降解时，这种竞争性取代才会终止。磷酸化的底物招募
的N8蛋白，这种N8蛋白能够连
