1．巨大！3个卧室，单独厨房，餐厅，客厅，1+1/2 卫生间，前后阳台
2．方便。Google map上量过，到Harvard Square地铁站2.7 mile，门口就是71路公共
汽车，大概20分钟可到Harvard Square。
整套房子月租1990，现在只有我一个人住，想再找1-2两个roommate, 空出的两间卧
室一大一小，小的大概是11 x 14, 要 $650，大的稍微大一点，要$670，每个房间都有
单独壁橱。
立即可以入住，有一个房间还有床。最好是长期(lease到明年5月)，短期也可考虑。
如果打算单独盘下来，LD来波士顿后（大概7，8月后），我也可以搬出。

发帖数: 877 | 15 先说床垫吧。这个我们做了很多research，因为各个品牌，类型差别太多了。后来在网上
查到一篇自称卖了10年床垫的人写的文章，觉得帮助很大。原文找不到了，有用的地方我
说说吧。
因为床是你唯一要在上面睡掉1/3生命的家具，所以质量比别的更重要。比如我的烂抽屉
，修修也还可以将就，但一张烂床，睡眠不好真是不值得省那点钱。所以这个投资还是有
必要。但是呢，又不是非的买最贵的。比如pillow top，就是厚厚的多一层软垫那种，看
上去很厚实软和，但实际上价格要贵起码1-200，而这个pillowtop的寿命比床垫本身短多
了，所以早在你弹簧出问题前，pillowtop就瘪下去了。倒不如买个没有的，另外再买mat
tress pad, feather bed, foam pad等等，选择多，不喜欢或者坏了脏了也可以洗，扔，
换。
再就是price。这个商家最鬼了。因为就怕你price
shop,所以他们把名字搞的特别confusing。比如Simmons的一款，在mattress
giant叫"Concord"，在Macy's可能就叫"Sierra"了。完全一样的内容，换了不同的名字，

過量過了, 說狀況很好換, pain-free, jamb還很好, 不用買新的, 買門(slab)就可以
了, labor$200. 可是後來到Home Depot/Lowes 挑門的時候, 他們都說不換jamb的話,
新門可能沒法fit, hinge的位置也可能不同. 這點我還沒問contractor, 不知是他太有
經驗還是太沒經驗? 由於他有先說過要換jamb要加$500, 又在天冷多雨的東北部, 所以
我也怕麻煩, 希望換slab最省事.
另外Feather River的門質量如何? |

另外要注意挑选门的时候尽量选玻璃小幅的，还有要注意您选的颜色，是否已经完成油

和那个Rh的比， 差得还真是太多了。
外表材料‘leatherette’， 就压根不是真皮。说wood legs， 但没说是不是硬木，更
没说frame是不是木头，是不是特别干燥加工的硬木， - 而frame是沙发最重要的部分
。另外也没提是不是有钢筋托和弹簧， 以及垫子里面是什么填充物。
在看Rh的这款：

主要症状就是从鼻子堵塞开始，咽喉肿痛，睡觉不好，全身疲劳，办公室里全身感觉冷
，脚特别冷，常年感冒症状。上个冬季几乎一直是感冒症状，最后是忍的收不了，看了
PCP医生，给同时开了抗生素+flonase喷鼻子药，发现过去7，8年来从来没有那么舒服
过，听了喷鼻子药第二天有回到的状态对比，才明白了是严重过敏。现在喷flonase效
果很好。
5年前去找了当时PCP推荐，看的同一个过敏医，当时测试结果仅仅是花粉过敏。开了要
nasonex不顶用。后来去找个ENT医生，说是鼻子气流不畅，最终折腾一下，做了鼻腔通
气手术，手术之前的医生说法基本上手术一做，基本上把鼻子阻塞问题能根治。做得创
伤似乎很严重，鼻子血不拉及，在家里忍了三天之后才稍微好。结果发现没有多大提高。

comforter比较泛指， 就是里面填充是保暖材料就可以了， 比如说合成棉， 棉花之类
的。 down comforter指代的是羽绒被， 跟duvet一个意思。 如果是合成棉的， 可以
洗衣机洗的。
上面这两类， 都是一个布口袋里面放填充物的。
quilt是衍缝的， 用的技术还有填充材料跟上面不同。
duvet cover叫被罩。
