老板会帮你安排重要性，那是对他来说的。你自己心里也要有个重要性的安排，那是对
你来说的。
对老板重要的是，让他面子上好看的 －－ 新项目完成；让他面子上难看的 －－ 爆发
的老bug, 没法对上面交代。对你重要的，按理说跟这两个一致，但是实际上不一定，
因为有些feature不做，非常影响你的其它工作效率；有些bug不解，你知道它会在某个
时候出问题。但是老板很可能不理解，因为他不是具体干这些事的人。
具体到每项任务，就是你自己的判断。一开始，可能你会判断错，这是难免的。但是自
己多留心，积累久了，就知道哪些重要，哪些不那么重要。不那么重要的事，你经常发
现最后是根本不用做的，因为情况不停地在变化。
坚持选择最重要的先做，避免在两件事之间切换，你就会发现工作更有效率。 |

有bugs。也没有人assign bugs给我。
关于Features，我是想多做一些，这样performance reviews的时候，比较好看。

Jones-Drew,Aaron Hernandez这些大牌受伤，让我深切感受到超级QB的好处。我觉得
MFL明年可以考虑auction draft，让大家有权利决定feature什么。现在的状况是选秀
排10-16的基本没戏能搞一个很牛的QB了。
