- that may not be sufficient. My grandpa also has terrible gout, and he
is unwilling to take medication. He follows strict diet control, which
only include vegetable & white meat (basically only fish & chicken).
In US, major medicine for chronic management are Probenecid &
Allopurinol, which I believe are also used in China. A newer one is
Febuxostat, and I am not sure it is better than Allopurinol. |

available in China. Febuxostat is a newer one, not sure is available in
China or not. Some patients also respond to Probenecid.
The treatment above are not for acute flairs. Acute pain should be treated
by colchicine or other anti-inflammatory medication. |

网上查到这个，想让我在这边买。上网查了下讨论不多，但是看到一些online
pharmacy的网站，比如这个

我觉得这种药应该是要医生处方才能买的吧，为什么会有这种online pharmacy的网站
呢？可不可靠？或者是不是意味着这种药不用处方就能买？
我自己在美国基本上没买过什么药，所知甚少，所以请大家指点一下。是否可以在这样
的地方购买这种药？如果是处方药的话，在没有医生参与的情况下有没有其他方式可以
