昨日，成都商报记者从山西省临汾市有关部门获悉，因在网上发帖曝该地一家银
行在国庆期间降半旗，该市多名网友已被警方带走多日，还有另外两人传因拍照、 转
帖及写评论被列为抓捕对象，正整日东躲西藏。已被警方带走接受调查的，据称还有一
名利用这一事件敲诈当地有关部门的乘火打劫者。
临汾市一新闻发言人表示，当地认为这是一桩严重的政治事件，有监控录像显示，
是有人乘夜间故意将国旗降下，但因为监控录像比较模糊，故意降旗的那名嫌疑人还没
有抓捕归案，只是先抓了些利用这事在网上进行炒作的。

据法新社29日发自柏林的消息，一个为纪念柏林墙倒塌二十周年而设立的网站"柏林推
特墙"(berlintwitterwall.com)从10月26日周一晚开始就不能从中国登陆了。

上述消息是柏林推特墙网站负责人对外透露的。一个致力于推动文化项目的公益组织"
柏林文化项目协会"在声明中表示，封网的消息现已得到不同渠道的证实。声明说，推
特网站的中国使用者从10月23日上周五开始使用这一门户，抗议对网络的审查。在现已
收到的3000多条评论中，有近1500条是用中文书写的。
据介绍，柏林推特墙网站是在十天前的10月20日在因特网上开启的。这一平台使得推特
迷你博客网的使用者可以分享有关柏林墙倒塌以及世界上所存在的其他应该倒塌的墙的
观点。
法新社指出，北京在支持网络发展的同时，严密监控其内容，并对敏感的政治网站和"
道义"不被接受的网站采取封网措施。
