我查到一篇论文，讲的和你说的一样：
FEV1/FVC, FEV3/FVC, and 1 – FEV3/FVC characterize expiratory obstruction
well. In contrast, FEF25–75 measurements can be misleading and can cause an
unacceptably large number of probable false-negative results and probable
false-positive results.

发帖数: 144 | 2 偶过去半个月里时常咳嗽几声，感觉有痰，早上特别明显，有时觉得呼吸不舒服（有点憋闷的那种，不过这里最近很热）。没记得感冒过。前几天去医院看了一下医生，做pulmonary function test，先
做一次，然后吸一种药，然后再测一次，所有结果都无改变。
只有一个结果不正常，FEF，forced expiratory flow只有70%多。
其余各正常结果是：
FVC 157%
FEV1 156%
FEV1/FVC 99%
PEFR 91%
计算机报告自动生成的解释是，possible early obstructive pulmonary impairment
。（看起来很吓人。。。我大致google了一下，似乎多是有毒物质导致的肺损坏）
医生给开了抗生素和一种镇咳的药，说如果好了就不用X光了，如果不好再回去拍片。
觉得心理不踏实呢。。。偶的工作不接触任何有毒物质，无家庭肺病史，从不吸烟。。。最近一次
咳嗽也是04年了，感冒后，冬天，半个多月，痰浓，吃了阵子抗生素好的。这种吹气测试过去从
没做过。
哪位达人提供一下看法？有些怕怕。感激不尽！！ |

i wouldn't worry too much about, your FEV1/FVC is 99%, so i don't think
there is any obstructive issue here, FEV 25-75% is a fine parameter looking
into patients with obstructive disease how severe there small airway
obstruction is, it's calculated from a formula that takes into account of
your height and age, i don't remember exactly how the formula is, but i
think depends on whether you are white, hispanic, or black t |
