发帖数: 1 | 1 想问问有没有人清楚FDA的这个ORISE fellow（主要是仿制药的部门）以后出路怎样的
？做两年以后的career path怎样呢？
相比较的话手头还有一个offer是大的CRO的project management类的临床项目工作，文
职，不需要做实验，主要就是各种打杂和协调clinical trial项目的完成。CRO的HR说
公司里面有很多转岗的机会以后可以发展的方向比较多，CRA, PM, RA都可以发展。但
是话说回来肯定还是看个人努力。
楼主不爱做实验，交际能力还不错，以后想往医药界的投资或者商业运作或者行业内战
略咨询的方向发展。放不开FDA这个名头，毕竟平台高出路广，虽然还是要先钻在某一
个小领域里做做研究什么的，好在能学些FDA的条规条例药物审批规范；CRO的职位是完
全脱离了高深的学问，对于我phd学位来说是backtracked了（职位面向的是本硕类有临
床工作经验的），但是好处是完全是文职，不用做实验，而且是在临床试验这个大热的
领域里面培养组织协调（打杂）跟各种人打交道的能力，虽然起点不如fda高，赶脚可
能会对以后发展更有好处？？？

assist的收入没有1042s表，怎么要回其中$5000的税呢？找学校再发一份1042s？学校

本人去年4月到马里兰一个研究所做J1的博后fellow，目前属于non resident。所里面
工资没有扣税，只扣了医疗保险，其他全额下发。问了所里面管人事的，说fellow没有
W2，可以向研究所OFI要financial statement。
因为没有扣税也就不存在退税的问题，请问这种情况需要报税么？不知道联邦税和州税
是否都免？
如果需要报的话，没有W2又如何操作？
麻烦了解情况的帮忙解释下，非常感谢！ |

Ridge Associated Universities (ORAU)提供。因为ORAU不支持H1B签证，所以不会出
support letter支持我waiver,这种情况下，我是不是需要找下家，支持我H1B？还有一
个问题，ORAU是能源部的contractor,那么ORISE fellow算不算是政府funding支持的项
目，能waiver吗?
请问板上没有没人遇到过这种情况，不胜感激。 |

2002年奥斯卡最佳编剧奖。由他创作、编剧、担任联合制片人的肥皂剧《唐顿庄园》第
三季在英国刚刚播完，正在美国热播。《唐顿庄园》在2010年秋天首播，很快红透全球
，转播权卖到了100多个国家，甚至在美国都创下收视纪录，收视率超过热门剧《广告

友毕奇当选为2011年IEEE Fellow。这是毕奇博士继2002年当选贝尔实验室院士、2005
年获全美亚裔最佳工程师奖、今年入选中央组织部海外千人计划之后，获得的又一殊荣。
毕奇于1975年入上海交大学习，1978年毕业，同年考入上海交大做研究生学习。
1981年获硕士学位后公派赴美国深造，就读于美国宾州州立大学。自1986年获博士学位
后，他长期任职于贝尔实验室，成为无线通讯领域的著名专家。他在2010年入选国家千人

者staff，没有tenure。在有些文科的institutes中，就算及其NB，title也就是senior
