extension，但是好像不用交税，无论J还是F签证。至于是不是政府的funding，虽然
事实上是，不过最好和它的管理机构确认，感觉它们不大愿意管事儿。
忘了一点，如果在MD工作的话，别忘了交州税，那地方不承认任何tax treaty的，所有加起来，7％左右。 |

yes, they dont support h1b and stem opt extension because the relationship
between u, orise and the current "employer" is not based on employment, kind
of like fellowship in college or research institute. sounds tricky, but it'
s true. without gc or ead, u cant work as an orise fellow for a long time.
btw, r u working in fda or usda? some orise ppl work for them. |

at least meg is business friendly, which helps silicon valley to create high
tech jobs, which is the onyl way our fellow engineers get money.
JB's supporters get money in many different ways: union contract, welfare,
medical/school/housing benefit without paying out of their own pockets, you
name it. But one thing for sure, you as engineers won;t get any of that.
You will be paying for that. |
