但是很明显奔3大妈减肥减下来的身材和20出头小妹的身材还是有些不一样。
一言以蔽之：全身脂肪分配没有20出头那时候那么自然了。
可能体重恢复到了以前的分量，但是脂肪分配还是不一样了，导致有些地方看起来不自
然。比如几个人腰上的脂肪虽然比较少，但是还是突出来。版标这个就是这样的问题，
难道只有我一个人觉得after的照片里腰部看上去怪怪的么？
还有一个女的（贴了好几张婚前婚后，有婚纱照和老公出场的），年轻的时候胖则胖，
但是脂肪分配比较均匀，看着比较圆润。她那个帖子最后一张照片，是after的照片，
看脸是瘦了，但是肚子上的脂肪分布还是比较突兀，腹部脂肪线在紧身衣的衬托下划分
出来了好几道，感觉是皮肤松弛和脂肪不合理堆积所导致的。
超过27/28的女人真的要练到皮肤紧致，看不出脂肪线那个地步，还是很难的。就算狂
降脂肪率到那个地步了，往往胸围缩小，脸型变得过于硬朗，变得不够feminine.
男的还是占了先天的优势，在有适当肌肉的前提下，基本上脂肪率越低（不低于8%），
身材脸型就越好看。 |
