任何社会权利都不是“天赋”（老天买单）的啊，是整个社会的共同努力创造了
财富（物质&精神），然后分配下来才有权利的喔... 谁能想象原始部落谈现代
社会权利（生存，受教育，迁徙自由...）。这是大的方面。
细节来说，就说劳动妇女生育保护，基本上也有三种买单对象：个人，企业，
国家财政，和三种买单方法：保险，基金，直接支付...... 就这个具体问题就可
以问，这个权利到底应该多大（产假？工作职位？奶粉补贴？健康补助？...），
和谁来支付这个权利，以及相应的后果。 |

“从事同样工作”绝无可能放到法庭上用的
我就举个例子，一个单位同样的劳动岗位，一批人工作12小时每天，
另一批人工作6小时每天，你觉得可以同酬么？或者都是8小时每天，
但是有人劳动强度大，完成任务多，有人完成任务少。你不能假设
女性在同样劳动岗位上平均完成和男性一样多的生产任务的。
还是那句话，资本没有性别歧视的理由。
到法庭上举证，必须是“劳动强度和劳动时间相近，薪酬差距明显”
同工同酬的基础是收入按劳分配，我这个科普得太远了，呵呵。

whilst the copper represents the female vagina. The movement of the battery
through the wire represents the forced penetration by the male, also known
