我觉得hip附近的症状好像都差不多。看了这个我觉得我好像也有这个.
我的症状是弯腰和高踢腿的时候大腿后侧从膝盖后到butt的肌肉拉着痛。原来以为是hamstring拉伤,养养就好了。结果我都休息了快三个月了,也没明显的好转。医生说我是biceps femoris拉伤,推荐我做些锻炼,其中一组就是这个视频的第一个动作。坚持了两个礼
拜,视乎有好转。同时还准备去做deep tissue massage。希望能早点根治吧。

你这个应该不是我这个病。我这个病是关节周围软组织的问题。
我的症状是跑步/走路的时候大腿和屁股连接处的关节和周边软组织疼,发炎,发热。

hamstring拉伤,养养就好了。结果我都休息了快三个月了,也没明显的好转。医生说
我是biceps femoris拉伤,推荐我做些锻炼,其中一组就是这个视频的第一个动作。坚
持了两个礼

对受伤比较敏感,学习了一下,hamstring有三块肌肉,管伸臀和曲膝和跑步时候减震。
Biceps Femoris,Semimembranosis,Semitendinosis
BF好像一般是主要的受伤的位置。跑步的相关的伤一般是在BF连骨盆的一段。
hamstring的伤的特点是易复发,原因有多种不容易确定,可能是跑太快,跑过度,跑
前拉伤的,跑姿造成的肌肉过度离心收缩。
不知道你的伤是外侧还是内侧,因为外面是BF,里面是SM和ST。可以试试曲膝时往外翻
和往里给个角度来试试哪个最疼。

多谢Rodimus回复,应该是hamstring的问题. 试了一下, 如果两脚不分开1米以上,还真
摸不着脚.
以前都是听说运动员伤到achillies,hamstring什么的,具体也不知道在腿脚的什么位置
.搜了一下hamstring, 还真是那么回事, 应该是hamstring肌肉群里的Biceps Femoris
劳损,就在膝盖后面外侧.刚开始疼的时候,我想着是不是路面一侧高一侧低造成的两腿
受力不均,后来有一次在体育场,到第12圈的时候开始疼痛,于是想到疲劳断裂,就像反复
弯曲和拉直铁丝.每次都有坚持跑完的冲动,但由于担心造成情况恶化,都理智地停了下
来.
看网上说, 这种情况不可以run through,否则后果可能会比较严重.看到的建议主要有3
个,1是拉伸,2是分次跑,就像少食多餐,3是通过相关锻炼强化肌肉.

2016.1.25-1.31: H.H.-1第7周, 72km
1.25: 6k easy run。Pace接近5min/km,没有吃ibu,感觉不错。感觉左小腿在好转,
准备继续既定策略,10k以上吃ibu,然后慢慢递减直到完全康复。《Running
Technique》中提到the total activity of the various muscles (in order of
greatest to least activity):
1-Hamstring (62%)
2-Rectus Femoris (49%)
3-Intrinsic foot/lower leg muscles (38%)
4-Gastrocnemius (calf 33%)
5-Erector Spinae (back extensors 30%)
6-Tensor Fascia Late (TFL hip flexor 25%)
7-Quadriceps (21%)
8-Glute Medius (20%)
9-Iliacus hip flexor (17%)

没什么特别的啊,健身房里的器材基本过一遍,练胸肌的基本免了。
19楼我给了个跑步时肌肉使用率的list:
1-Hamstring (62%)
2-Rectus Femoris (49%)
3-Intrinsic foot/lower leg muscles (38%)
4-Gastrocnemius (calf 33%)
5-Erector Spinae (back extensors 30%)
6-Tensor Fascia Late (TFL hip flexor 25%)
7-Quadriceps (21%)
8-Glute Medius (20%)
9-Iliacus hip flexor (17%)
10-Glute Maximus (13%)
我基本是按照上面这个主次顺序来练,内容包括仰卧起坐、spin bike、举重、平板、
平推、俯卧腿弯举、机械伸腿等等。
我的频度是平日子周一至周五每天中午练习20-30分钟,周末专注两个中长距离跑。平
时力量练习强度不太大,但是感觉对短距离跑的步幅提高不少。步幅增大(对肌肉力量
要求高)后跑步本身又反过来促进脚踝、小腿、大腿到核心部位... 阅读全帖

Power Phase
A - Hip Extensor (27%) => Gluteus Maximus
B - Knee Extensor (39%) => Quadriceps
C - Ankle Plantar Flexors (20%) => Gastrocnemius and Soleus
Recovery Phase
D - Ankle Dorsiflexors (?%) => Tibialis Anterior
E - Knee Flexor (10%) => Hamstrings
F - Hip Flexors (4%) => Iliopsoas (iliacus, psoas major, psoas minor) and
Sartorius and Tensor Fasciae Latae (more of a stabilizer) and Quadriceps
