I did a close observation of those black spots, I highly suspect they are
from the wine powder, you know I didn't desolve them in water just mixed in
the powder, and some of them were not fully broken and the black spots were
around those small blocks. Interestingly this morning, the black color got
lighter, so I wonder if it is a natural process of bacteria growth and
fermentation.........

第二,它的starter(类似于酵种)来自于一群叫做Amish people的人,有且只有Amish
people会做这个starter。而更神奇的,这个Amish people是一个极其富有传奇色彩的
族群——他们生活在美国和加拿大交界处,因为信奉复古、极端的基督教,崇尚自然的
赐予,他们拒绝用电、汽车以及一系列现代化科技,过着与世隔绝的生活。Amish人禁
止与外族通婚和买卖,禁止子女接受初中以上的教育,认为这些知识足以应付日常的生
活。在美国,尤其是upper michigan,人们说的土鸡蛋、土菜之类的,就是指由Amish
people用传统的农业生产方式而生产的农副产品。

找工作半年多了,很不顺利,
有一些想法,想和大家分享。
版上大多数兄弟姐妹的专业是CS及相关,
所以类似的经历对我这样的工程专业就不太适用了。
先介绍一下我的背景,
我的专业是Chemical Engineering,
方向是Biochemical/Bioprocess Engineering, Fermentation,
Protein Expression & Recovery,
学历是刚毕业的博士。
在找工的过程中,
我发现,这个博士学位对工程行业来说,
基本上是一个负资产。
因为,工程行业,尤其是负责过程开发这一块的,
强调的是工作经验,而非学历高低。
相关的Openings绝对不能算少,
但是,大多数要求的是本科学历,
少数面向博士学历的又往往要求若干年的工作经验。
即使我冒着Overqualify的风险去低就那些初级职位,
公司却又往往不愿意为这样的职位Sponsor工作签证。 |

氧氟沙星口服,之后症状缓解,但从此尿频尿急,同时妇科检查有霉菌性阴道炎,医
