发帖数: 553 | 2 刚才看youtube上面一些重新翻新草坪的视频，有些启发。打算把草坪，全部重新来过
的。
1，先用Roundup把整个草坪喷一遍，杀死weed和grass。
2，等待7-10天后，整个草坪变成黄色。（有人继续再喷第二次roundup，保证没有幸存
的）
3，割草机尽可能的割掉全部死草。把垃圾装袋，运走。
4，用铁耙子，把地面上的残根枯草，全部清洁干净。
5，如果地面不平整，有低凹处，填土弄平整；
6，有条件的，给土地打孔。铺上一层compost或者fetilizer；
7，播撒草籽；
8，铺上一层compost或者peat moss
9，把地面压实；保证草籽紧密的接触地面与土壤。
9，每天浇水

现在已经是高龄了，想怀却总也怀不上了，特着急。
我跟LG都作了检查，基本上还都好，现在就差我输卵管没有检查了。
要是做输卵管检查的话，应该是做造影呢还是就做通液就行了？
不知道这儿有没有曾经做过类似检查的妈妈？
另外大家有什么建议，我们现在该怎么积极应对？
比如说该吃点啥，干点啥，能让身体达到更加好的状态？
再比如说，应该去寻求一些什么样的治疗或者干预？
宝宝版这么灵，希望能从大家这儿再找到希望。

Fertility Center (sdfertility.com)seems expensive. Is this UCSD center small?
I want to transfer all my previous test results from Scripps, they are so
careless of patient. One time the doctor forgot to tell me my insulin test
results (which I waited anxiously for days, and the results is abnormal).
The
other time they forgot their appointment with me!! So I do not recommend it
for anyone. |

发帖数: 745 | 20 UCSD的initial consultation要交钱的。你可以自己选医生。我的医生是Dr. Garzo，但听说另外一个印度医生也很好。
Dr. Acacio是另外一个诊所，initial consultation免费的。
我两个诊所比较过，有一篇帖子里有详情，最后选择了UCSD。不过我对Acacio第一印象很好。
