Security section is basically firewall, IPS, IDS. After that forensic.
但是现代网络安全基本你中有我，我中有你。
FEYE是啥？基本2部分。IDS+forensic。IDS里面有2类，signature based。和pre-set
。前者做的事情是我根据已发现的攻击，建立一个database。如果有包进来我去search
这个database，然后判断yes or no。 FEYE做的是第二类。哥没有database，纯数学算
法，利用高计算来预判。什么意思呢，就是FEYE可以发现从来没有出现过的攻击，而传
统IDS只能发现已发现的。
##good side
1. 在这个industry，可以预判的技术是独一无二的，算法就是知识，也是专利。没有
一家公司可以做到这个技术，换句话说是垄断。
2. 售后。这哥们不但预判垄断。被攻击以后做研究调查叫forensic，这个被一家中国
公司垄断，然后FEYE买下了这家公司，所以，我预判垄断，出问题研究还是垄断。也就
是为啥当初FEYE会飙。

场上有很多竞争对手。
但这类公司的估值有个隐含的收购底线在里面。你可以看一下公司财报，公司产品本身
margin很高有70%，但营销费用占收入的80%，管理费再来20%，加R&D,一个单一小产品
的公司，得做到多大才能把这些固定费用摊下去。但一个隐含的因素是，如果FEYE被一
家大公司买了，对大公司，边际营销费用和管理费用都大幅下降，FEYE的产品线立刻就
变成一个70毛利的现金牛。
所以，公司基本上是不可能挣钱的，但股价也不会真的跌太多。 |

There are tons of terminology needs to be defined, IDS, IPS, UTM, signature,
how server works, and how layers do.
In a simple way, FEYE's market is high end market, they're dominated now,

没能及时解决apach strut的漏洞问题。5月的那次hack，说明feye水平挺次的，等
equifax把中间细节披露出来，估计大家会更多的了解feye的水平有多差。
feye 作为cybersecurity公司，在equifax被刚报道出来的时候，有一波很positive的
sentiment，现在价格已经高于analyst target median。 |

关于牛股FEYE,AMZN,LNKD多聊几句：
AMZN站稳200MA。电商老大,花街不会放弃。
LNKD底部已经筑好。个人觉得，现在bash它的报道不少，应该是介入的好时候。在180
左右买入，短期（2周内）还是安全的。
FEYE回调结束，60是支撑位。网络安全新贵，要粉墨登场了。
大盘好，这些股要涨，水涨船高！
大盘不好，这些股也要涨，超跌反弹！

TWTR 2013-11-07 IPO， MAY 8 以后也可以了。
TWTR 就不说了， 你懂得。 FEYE 也不是长期持有的料， 其产品靠吹牛为主， 这包
括那个前几年靠造谣说“中国网络攻击美国企业”出名的 MANDIANT， 靠这样无耻地
吹出来的“品牌”能长久吗？
最关键的是这两公司都是烧钱的主， 烧钱之快吓人， 没人印钱给他们， 他们咋活下
去？ 短期炒作就看你 TA 功夫， 可你要长期持有的话， 也该看看他们的财务报表

FireEye calls active with IPO lock-up date approaching
FireEye (FEYE) May 28 and 29 weekly calls area active on total call volume
of 13K contacts (3K puts) with lock-up date approaching on May 21.
zulily (ZU) had an IPO lock-up expiration today and shares are recently up.
May weekly call option implied volatility is at 94, June is at 79, September
is at 72; compared to its 26-week average of 67 according to Track Data.

化：
我在稳定在30左右时进了一些，后来一个银行调低了它的股价预期，跌到26左右，这个
当然正常。后来有一天突然说FEYE跟其它几家公司结成了一个联盟，也没说清到底要干
啥，股价狂涨，回到30左右。再后来就上周吧，说逮住了俄罗斯政府的黑客，又狂涨到

其他还有QLYS, PFPT, Checkpoint什么的，都有自己比较强的territories，但是最好

PANW就业绩来说，是一堆security companies里做的最好的，主要是采取了
subscription based revenue model，收入稳定，enterprise users不需要大量投入
capital investment on servers (technologies and labors)就可以得到一定保障，
panw的board members都很厉害，referral的都是大客户大订单。
CYBR的老板是犹太人，军队里出来的，它是做cyber security里一个比较特殊的

接下小幅反弹，然后继续南下。至于底在哪里，我也不知道。

买此类股票的心里底线是1块，和当年大富翁2代里的股票交易所一样。2代交易所里所
有的股票，电脑程序设定最低价为10快00。所以碰到了10快00的股票完全无脑。
