For the first question, certificate is not a problem. I chaimed her as my
fiancee when applying for B-2 visa.We will probably get married next summer.
Right now, I just don't know how to claim her status for tax purpose.
For the second questoin, during yr 2006~2010, I filed 1040NR using glacier.
Only capital gain is needed for the online form. So I didn't claim any loss

大厦的大新银行交费拿收据，再走去美领馆直接签证（无需预约，但需在网上填156）
。领馆就在长江实业的楼后面，很容易找。
基本情况：
之前LD在成都签过一次B2（当时没有结婚），很天真地说了实话，说是探fiancee，被
据。VO直接指示说没可能给B2的，还是结婚直接签H4吧。VO讲的是中文，态度很好但很
强硬。据后来考古，VO应该是传说中的哈利。不知我们会不会高错。
去年结婚后在香港携签，顺利。VO问LD为什么在成都被据，照实说了。VO要求看结婚证
，当时连公证都没有，将两个红本本递过去，上面一个英文字都没有。VO拿着结婚证进
去和同事商量了约5分钟，回来就说通过了。VO约50岁，男，丰满，有须。一直在讲广
东话（听起来好像还蛮象的），我们用英语回答的。
我的护照在第二天上午就到了邮政总局，顺利拿到。LD的到下午6点领取处关门也没拿
到，本以为又得在香港住多一天，当时哭的心都有了。最后在朋友的帮助下，于7点过5
分在快件中转处拿到了，免去了流落香港之苦。这里要感谢香港邮政的服务态度，那才
