现在我每天吃3次Fiber，味道不错，一杯就20卡，无糖。晚饭改糙米＋大米1：1，最近
天天跑步45分钟，早上量体重，掉了3磅。力量就那鸟样，一周坚持最少一组自己目前
的最大重量，深蹲205，卧推150，肩推110，roll下调到了95，死提掉到了185 |

不想搭光路，请问什么光器件或者设备能使fiber laser输出的pulse的宽度fs级别变成

首先声明一下，不要看我和ahbu的IP相似就以为我们是一人了。ahbu是老实
