上个月才看完医生，医生说是体内缺乏FIBER，医生让买FIBER粉充着茶，水或咖啡等一
起喝。是纤维素，不是药来的，所以不会对身体有害。
这个FIBER实在太见效了。我一喝就每天都有便。所以也向有便秘的推荐一下。
我在CVS买的，不用处方。一大盒，绿色胶盒装。叫BENE FIBER。大约20刀。能喝一个
多月。 |

很多， 要不为什么在癌症的发病率里面， 美国排在前面的是肠癌。
fiber分两种， soluable fiber， 和insoluble fiber， soluble fiber， 前者帮助
排便和constipation， 后者主要是提供血糖缓冲， 降低胆固醇， insoluble主要是在
粗粮里面多， 有些比较硬和脆的蔬菜里面也有。 而soluble在蔬菜和水果里面都有。
所以combine soluble和insoluble的种类才是王道。 当然这都建立在个人tolerance上
面， 要是你吃了粗粮， 天天胀气， 肚子难受， 那就多吃些蔬菜水果了。 |

它家也有非ThinkPad的家用娱乐型号，为什么不能做高端一点呢？
另外据说很多所谓carbon fiber也只是含有，不是纯的。
外壳是很轻很strong，但是外观和手感呢？
iPad, MBP, iPhone都有仿carbon fiber外观的壳，我觉得都很难看。
MBP的铝合金，不是纯铝吧，好看，手感也不错，看起来高档。至少我觉得拿出来就比
看起来和塑料差不多的所谓lenovo carbon-fiber显得更classy，有面子。
如果carbon fiber材质的可以做得很好看，手感也很好的话，我想苹果还是可能会采用
的。
现在比较期待iPhone 4的那个类似陶瓷质感的后背。

楼上有人verify了，我就放心了，SPF只是说支持fiber，不是一定得用fiber，是cisco
自己弄出来的一个名字。

自己周围有T400, T500, 去年的MBP, Dell的E4300和E6500
T系列比dell的商用机还是好很多。MBP看着漂亮，但是重量并不轻。
而且我觉得T系列已经不像以前那样以便携为目的了，真要移动办公的，用Ts或者X。

无穷多个fiber线程。“无穷多个线程”其实是个伪需求。
比如处理http请求，无穷多个请求只有在一个请求新起
一个线程的情况下才会出现。正经点的需求肯定用的是
线程池，一台机器最多处理多少并行请求，开多少线程，
设计的时候都应该是定了的，超出设计请求量比如60%，
基本上就得开始起新机器做load balancing了。
我觉得在下面这种情况下可能fiber会有用。就是公司
人多，本来一个处理流程拆成１００步，之间通过
MQ连接，然后有１００个线程池并行处理。通过这种
办法，试图把软件的整合转换为服务的整合。
效果怎么样，我觉得也只有用的人自己知道。
如果公司小就几个人啥事情都要自己干的，我觉得
这种做法显然是自找麻烦。 |

Just the pulse width in time (or space) changed. Your measured spectral
before fiber is strange. It has two peaks. Maybe they have interference. So
you have strange peaks after fiber.
Please double check the auto-correlation. In most cases you will get a
bigger FWHM.
Did the fiber have integrated filter at terminal?
What are the properties of second and third phase speed for this fiber?
