顺道再给你讲个Toyota内部关于术语使用的事例，还是同个道理：要搞清事物本质，不
要停留在几个名词上……
事情是这样的：LFA的车架结构按惯例应该说是carbon fiber monocoque，很多车都是
类似结构，都是这么叫的，比如Aventador。但是从monocoque原本的意义上，这么用其
实不大准确，实际上LFA和市面上大多数用Aluminum spaceframe的车比较的话，结构是
类似的，只不过用碳纤组建代替了铝合金，在一个访谈里，LFA的总工本人也说，LFA绝
对不算monocoque，而是应该叫carbon fiber spaceframe。但是Lexus的官方资料里还
是按照习惯把LFA标作carbon fiber monocoque……其实这里对错无所谓，我想说的是
，你要搞清楚它的本质，叫什么反而是其次的了……

总算下定决心要回国了，在这个版徘徊了一段时间，看了大家许多的发言，我也将我找工
作的经历说一说吧。
我的方向跟这里的大多数人不一样，不是EE/CS,而是物理，硕士，光学方向。国内没有工
作过，美国将近三年工作经验，领域是光纤通信(fiber optics)。大家知道，fiber
optics曾经很火过一阵，我是赶在bubble的尾声在硅谷这边找到了工作，公司在在fiber
optics领域里还有一定知名度。在熬过了多轮的lay off后，终于还是没能幸免，于去年
年底被裁。一开始还抱着希望在美国这边找工作，但发现我这一行在美国几乎没有什么机
会，稍微换换行的话，倒是有一些interview，不过因为没有太多那一行的工作经验，都
被拒了。一开始还向这不行的话就回学校读书，反正还年轻 |

发帖数: 4762 | 8 电线是要在STUD上， 但是SPEAKER WIRE一定不要在STUD上， 你要用STUD DETECTOR找
到STUD， 能后在两个STUD中间找可隐蔽地点开口。在墙里的线要屏蔽线， 要离电源线
远点， 防止信号的干扰。
到HOMEDEPOT买一个WIRELESS布线的KIT， 那个BLOCK可以卡在DRYWALL上， 很结实。
至于天花板上FIRE BLOCK FIBER，那是肯定有的。不过我家的墙上DRYWALL空隙没有FIBER， 走线
没有问
题， 如果你家的墙上的DRYWALL也塞满了FIBER， 那就放弃吧， 这种方法肯定不行， 其他方法也不
行。 |

题。
你说的水泥条是不是fiber cement? 如果是的话，不涂油漆也不会渗水。想分清木条水
泥条很容易，木条一定有木节，而且总会有一些变形和开裂。水泥条的纹路很均匀，即
使有“木节”，一眼就可以分辨出真假。
fiber cement最容易上漆，而且油漆不容易起泡。如果你的房子外墙确是fiber cement
，那就恭喜你了。不过涂外墙的时候注意，如果有油漆看起来peel off了，一定要刮干
净了再上。 |

只用fiber mesh mix. 用rebar或者wire mesh可能会多收钱，但是rebar和wire mesh主
要是保证crack后整个水泥还连在一起，而且4-6 inch的水泥里用rebar或者wire mesh
也不一定好，因为水泥里有很多小石头。用fiber mesh mix在水泥里的contractor, 可
能更省事，但一些研究说fiber mesh对crack有更好的抑制作用。我都用过，看不出具
体哪个好，wire mesh更old school一些吧，但可能贵。 |

因为该营养粉不含fiber，所以宝宝长期便秘，每次都拉血，我们要求
做粪便检查，医生认为没必要，我们也不知道宝宝大便是不是有潜血，
红细胞，白细胞值多少。因为便秘，试过医生说的各种fiber，但是宝宝
过敏，没有一样奏效。于是GI让喝矿物油，宝宝不肯，我们也不确定
他会不会对矿物油过敏，所以不再试。这回GI给开Erythromycin
我查了一下是红霉素，抗生素。GI说，这个药可以加速胃动力，让肠
排空快，缓解便秘，而且不会造成肠道菌群失调。我觉得很奇怪，
难道我们要靠长期服用抗生素来治疗便秘吗？宝宝便秘的原因是因为
吃的食物不含fiber，用这种方法来治疗是不是有点得不偿失，甚至
对宝宝的身体造成更大的伤害呢？我怎么记得以前国内一个儿科医生
曾经跟我说过，红霉素对小孩子的胃损伤很大，很多孩子吃后呕吐
什么的。而我儿子明明胃有很大问题，为什么GI开这种药吃，而且
我还是头一次听说用抗生素来治疗便秘的。

我的OB是这么说的:
如果前三个月血糖控制的不好，那后面可能就更控制不住了。
一般孕妇24-28周测血糖，有家族史的会提前就开始测。我大概是20-24周因为尿
里漏糖，被抓去做糖耐，不及格被抓。
所有白的东西白米白面包就别吃了，吃全麦面包，糙米，我记得这些淀粉含量是
白米白面的70%左右，也就是说，可以多吃30%的体积。
每天早上那顿饭最重要（不是时间上的上午，是起床之后第一顿饭），如果只吃
一片面包，那比什么都不吃都要糟糕；最好吃一片面包的同时，加一个蛋，一片
肉（跑提一下，孕妇不许吃冷deli），peanut butter，这些，再喝点水，迪卡咖
啡（果汁不许喝，牛奶不许喝），这样就凑合饱了。
顺便提一下，我早餐吃一片全麦面包就还好，一片白面包，一定血糖就超标了。
不要饿到低血糖症状再吃饭，比如发抖，头晕，适度的吃零食（nuts就挺好）。
水果也不能无限制的吃，西瓜我OB不许我吃，葡萄让我一天吃7个。
适量运动，走路和游泳都是好的，餐后半小时运动对降血糖非常有效。

Whole grain（这个词被商家弄得挺滥的）很多种，得学会看标签fiber含量。如oat
meal，brown rice（个人觉着比白米饭好吃）, whole grain面粉,Bran Cereal等fiber
比一般精米面高很多。豆子、玉米、韭菜、水果（Prune, Pear, Peach，带皮的苹果（
注意不是苹果泥），橘子）。像全麦的面粉/玉米面可以掺到白面里做各种吃的，好吃
又健康。Bran Cereal可以烤点心等等。总之多看看标签就知道fiber含量了。 |

否受环境影响，是否结实，自己判断。
kawai用carbon fiber的那个位置，是最需要精密的位置。木头做的，由于天气变化，
潮湿干燥，很难保证不变形，影响机械性能。所以欧洲名琴牛就在这里，人家通过选材
和制造工艺和质检，用木头做这个位置。当然也是因为早年没有carbon fiber 这个东
西，欧洲制琴几百年，工艺比较成熟了，当然，对手工的依赖业很大。kawai用机器制
造这个部分的配件，质量统一，生产效率提高，对手工的依赖降低，性能比较稳定。当
然，在销售上面临人们继成思路的挑战。
决定音色的因素很多，琴弦的质量、长短，琴锤的接触绵的材质，（也包括楼主提到的
木质琴锤），共鸣箱也就是琴体的结构，击键的机制，等等。这都是在买琴的时候学到
的，细节我也不知道太多。其实，说到这儿，我想提一款我们国产的钢琴，我当初也是

例如，有一篇review引用了我3篇文章，在文章中提到我做的东西，但不算是很详细的
评论，但好过于只有footnote。另外一篇推荐人引用我文章，他的文章基础和结果跟我
的差不多，他也在文章中提到看到有前人对这个进行过研究。这两个算是吗？

electrical and computer engineering (ECE)
照理说我的research field 最贴切的应该是 photonics and optics，optical fiber
technology； 说成是optical engineering也可以；
但是，我个人的electronics design (做电路设计，ARM，MCU，FPGA等板子，硬件编程
)也不弱，很大可能也能找到 electronics design / hardware design的工作。
现在问题来了，我的eb1a的 research field or General Field 不知该怎么报给律师？
如果写成 photonics and optics，optical fiber technology；写这个不知以后找到
electronics design的工作会不会有问题。 |
