thought it was just shin split in the beginning, but it actually was stress
fractures... however, it still hurt badly in the Relay after completely
stopped running for almost 6 weeks and it start getting better in the end of
May.
my 2cents completed stop running, cross train, ice ice ice ice ice...

我儿子四岁多有次去博物馆，刚好一个新立的展台上放着一堆人的骨头和牛的骨头
然后他就一个一个拿起来，看上面的名字念，然后对着骨骼图查位置，然后给我比划着
是我身上的那块骨头
回来就闹着去博物馆借skeleton的书，接下来天天回到家画骨头图
他那段时间最喜欢吃炖鸡汤，人家吃个鸡翅鸡腿就要给我讲解一边 这个是tibia,那个
是fibula，这个是ulna, 那个是pelvis,这个是femur。。。
咱也不知道这鸡的骨头和人的骨头对应位置名字是不是相同，咱也不知道小娃念得对不
对，反正让他自己high就行了

既然炸出来就说两句洗地的话.
前年以King in the North的身份进入季后赛, 但是拜Bungles的Reggie Nelson所赐
Bell报销当时球队最好的跑锋大概是叫Josh Harris的(- Who's he? - Exactly.)所以
港人历史第一次输给同区对手在季后赛(之前对AFC Central和North是10-0). 去年拜
Burfict所赐BBB俩不能打一个肩膀受伤不能扔大的(当然肩膀受伤那个是正常play所以
也不好whine什么), 打我驴最关键时刻进攻球员Tosusaint too saint to hold on to
the ball以及3rd n long我曼吓得一屁股坐地上以后防守球员傻逼觉得可以考虑进攻组
的问题了没想到sb不扔int不能夺冠的我曼满血续命站起来扔了个1st down. 接下来的
都是历史了. 虽然我曼sb的qbr还不到60分但还是像对毛人的NFL最佳三线qb大决战一样
以不到85分的成绩躺着拿到了宇宙冠军. 怎么说Trent Dilfer的命比起lengendary
quarterback还是差一些的.

typical when you start forefoot landing. There really nothing to be worried
about.
Whenever I feel anything uncomfortable, I would reduce my speed or duration
of my workouts. I have knee problem for years. Has to be careful with it.
Not sure what your burning sensation means. If it is bloody blister, it is
not really something to worry. You will build you skin tough gradually.

我每回跑完都拉伸，一个星期做一次瑜伽，没事也roll.不知道还能做些什么才能避免

1. 大拇指，上次跟西甲从树林里冲出来结果，没料到直接飞到空中了，摔下来坐在大
拇指上。。。
2. 左腿fibula，估计是骨头承受的impact过多过大，慢性伤痛。。。
3. 两个膝盖，这个不用说了，是ungroomed/mogul滑太多
4. lower back酸痛，这个嘛，主要是road trip太多开车太多。。。 |

What does the patient like to have in physical exam?
1. local tenderness and swelling
2. pain on weight bearing
