to poorly written buggy js. This makes it impossible, or at
least very difficult to tell what's right or wrong in html/js.
What makes it worse is that different browsers have different
ways of rendering html/js with bugs/errors. This is a great
part of the whole browser compatibility problem.
And the strategy is to avoid fiddling with JS. Instead, code
in a different language (be it Java or Python or Perl, etc.)

Hi People, I had noticed that on booting there was a message on the screen:-
"press space to see all resolutions or wait",
not knowing what that meant I waited & Suse booted. then in
System Settings - Display there was only 2 Resolution Settings, neither
suitable for me.

when mk802III or mk803 is out.
The main point is making the biggest bang for your money on something tested
and earned its reputation.
For this I think mk802 is a good choice now, which is avalible at Amazon for
$35. I doubt this price will last long.
I do not fiddle pins on a headless server. For those who do hardware, MSP430
is a good choice, and there is the book:
