我儿子体力比别的小孩弱，而且在学校语言也不好。第一次，儿子对我说有人打他，我
就问他别人怎么打他的，为什么要打，你先打他了吗？儿子fight back了吗？儿子说没
有先打他，而且也没有还手，我儿子上daycare没多久，原来也没有遇到与别的小孩冲
突的事情，所以也没教他怎么处理。然后第二天到学校跟老师说了一下，老师说没有看
见（因为老师看很多小孩而且有时也有别的事）。第二次儿子又对我说有人打他，还说
是同一个人，老师还是没看见（这个老师很好，应该是真的没有注意到），老师
promise我说会更加注意点，绝对不允许暴力的行为。但是我觉得是很严重的问题，因
为可能会给小孩有阴影，变得懦弱。我晚上单独的跟儿子谈了很长时间，给他讲第一原
则绝对不能先打人，但是如果有人故意的打他，老师不在的时候，一定要fight back，

对于言语的bully最好的办法是ignore；
对肢体上的bully，一定要马上报告。 fight back是一个选择，但要看情况，
generally不建议fight back。 一是因为bully的孩子选的对象一般是比自己弱小的，

2种后果
1）transfer失败， 如果这样的话，你在原来组还呆着有
意义吗？或者说现任老板能放过你吗？你能咽下这口气？
2） transfer成功，那现任老板就变成前老板，你不fight back是不是
在HR那里影响不好？
当然不管怎么样，你fight back之前和新老板沟通好，说明原因，然后
再动手，当然要有证据support你的fight back
again，我没在职场上呆过，很多都不懂

前些时候一个周六，LG领了他第一张Speeding Ticket，就在520转South 405的高速上。
当时Traffic很少，周围车都开的很快。我们被拦下的时候，警察说我们开了78，限速
是60。没什么好说的，一张罚单。
我并不想Fight，以前自己Fight过几次。无非走两条路线，要不就是求情，给个宽大处
理。要不就是不承认有开那么快，可是警察肯定有铁证如山在手上。都没什么太大的希
望。尤其在以前住的那个小Town，警察和法官都说不准是小学同学，中学Buddy，根本
就是一致对外的。不如直接交钱省心。
是他坚持要去Appeal。也做了一些准备。今天上了Court，成绩是罚款被减低一半。
首先，在网上意外的发现了一个网站。据说是几个退休的警察弄的，说是实在看不下去

如果你住在大都市附近，警察一般很忙的话，
一定一定不要图省事交钱了事，一定要上法庭fight.
因为警察不出庭的可能性太大了，超过三分之一。警察不出庭，你自动无罪。
也许找traffic律师更好，据我在庭上观察，律师知道警察是否出庭，如果警察出庭，
他会要求改期，再碰下次运气。
还有，你得ticket的时侯，注意一下是什么样的警察，如果是当地city的，以后出庭的
可能性大，如果是highway patrol 或pass by的， 出庭可能性小不少，所以更不要认
罪。
如果可能，尽量把court date拖很久以后，或改好几次。
我最近的两个ticket, 警察全没出庭。第一次，庭上三分之一的case dismissed, 第二
次更离谱，一大屋子人，最后只剩不到十个人需要trial。

连个月多了，打了无数个电话给citi。还是biz卡的客服，customer service不好好干
活，整天就是transfer to AA for details，或submit report要等。
昨天凌晨发的email给Citi CEO,昨天上午收到回信说要调查（试着联系我，没电话联系
上），今天查了查AAdvantage账户已经到账了。

不断有人来问我该CEO的email，然后又告诉我发信第二天就拿到points了（也有人是关
于citi卡的别的事情），我很高兴能帮助这么多人！
我更高兴的是这个CEO（或者帮他查看email的办事员）很负责、很厚道，帮每个来信的
用户以最快的速度解决了问题，虽然Citi该银行整体客服水平比Chase AMEX差很多。
从反馈来看，似乎后来fight都没有CEO方面单独派人email回复，只有电话联系或者电
话联系也没有。但事情立马得到解决，我们得感谢下这个负责的CEO，所以我倡议一下：
1. 和citi ceo fight成功举手一下！
2. 大家各自发个感谢信给这个CEO吧！鼓励鼓励他，这样以后的fight用户也更多受益 |

孩子们争吵在所难免，但经常看到有的孩子被稍微触碰到了、或者被抢了东西，就会重
重的打回去，
我阻止道：be gentle, be nice to your friends, don't hit other ppl, you guys
should talk or tell the teacher, blablabla....
但得到的小孩回答是：my mom told me to fight back, hard!
我会说那你轻轻地打回去，然后孩子又说:no ! hard!
恩。。既然妈妈这么教，那我老师也是很难纠正过来，所以我经常在看到矛盾苗头的时
候就上前拉开，或者我说：can you say "**, can i see it?/ can you share it
with me?" 孩子repeat后，另一个孩子到也会把东西予以分享，我也立刻说“you see,
by talking, you get what you want, right?"
我教育学生当然得从正面的角度，当我听到那孩子说她妈妈教她打回去时，我心里在问

如果养成习惯，以后遇到情况本能的fight back.对方直接拔抢了...然后父母就悲催了，发
现小时候灌输fight back是多么的可怕。（很多人说小时候这么教育，长大来再那么教育。这个绝对是心里安慰。小时候都教育不了，等长大就更别提了。）
