我的W2 BOX2 wages=0，没有withhold任何联邦税；Box 3,4,5,6显示扣了FICA tax
box 16 state wages有三千多，
withhold了州税。另外有一份1042S关于前$5000的，里头显示的总额跟w2 box16 state
wages一样的数目。
所以我的这部分收入不需要交联邦税，只需要交FICA tax和交州税。
e-file一般一周能收到tax refund，寄信的话需要1-2个月。所以想选e-file。但现在
问题是HR BLOCK软件我如果要选e-file的话，软件提示W2 wages=0不允许e-file，只能
paper file。
然而我这个W2完全不影响到我的1040 tax return，是否可以选择把这个W2从HR BLOCK
软件删去，然后选择e-file？ |

发帖数: 39 | 8 EB1A的I-140等了两年，RFE后被TSC的Office 144拒了。I-485很快也会被拒。想问一下
下次申请EB1A时的策略，默认还是被拒的前提下，如果只想file EB1A以便老婆能申请
EAD而工作可行吗？自己实在是不想再花冤枉钱file I-485了（这次啥没捞着已花了$5,
000 （file EB1A I-140,两个I-485,以及一半的律师费））。
自己只想file EB1A I-140而不file I-485,老婆在我的新I-140基础上file她的I-485以
及I-765(EAD)的申请。再申请EB1A也只是让老婆有机会工作，她是学护士的，没有工作
签证可以申请。在TSC的打击下自己对EB1A毫无信心（Claim了6条无一条被承认）。

1.E-FILE的时候别人问什么你就答什么,实际上网上的问题都很简单,不明白的仔细思考
一下,没有什么特别需要注意的其实.
2.E-FILE完毕以后会有一份收据和申请表副本印出来.收据你是要寄出去的,而申请表副
本自己留着就好.
3.需要寄出去的东西:
1)E-FILE的收据
2)I-94 (正反面的复印本)
3)签证的复印本
4)现在的EAD的正反面复印本
5)485收据的复印本
4.特别强调,不用寄照片.E-FILE之后1-2周内会收到信,通知你去打指纹和照照片.

or TSC, depending on the location of the beneficiary's permanent employment
. Use the same form 140 addresses for those petitions filed with form 485.

到LC。考古版上，没有看到有人提到一个月之后PP接受率高的原因，所以贴出来供大家
参考。
另外律师关于以"New" file比按照"amended" file要麻烦少一点，这个跟置顶FAQ里的
信息基本一致，虽然“amended”也有成功降级并绿的。

师说我的工资没达到prevailing wage不给file 485. 我来版上问到说prevailing wage

the chance however is very low. So I assume the make file is for GCC.
In that case, it is not a cool idea to convert make file for GCC to make
file for VC compiler since each has different options.
My suggestion is if the project is small, just create your own VS project
and put all files (.h+.c) into your project. Be aware of the C++ calling C
issue.

及的
引述律师的话
1。不需要走劳工纸申请程序的I-140移民申请必须在2007年8月1日之前递交移民局。否
则，8月17日之前没有资格递交I-485申请，工作许可和回美证申请。
2。 不需要走劳工纸申请程序的I-140移民申请可以通过e-filing 于今明天两天(July
29和July 30 先递交I-140移民申请。7月的最后一天(31日)因系统维修不能做e-filing.
3. 今天(July 29)和之前递交的I-140申请要附带$195申请费。明天(7/30)和以后递交
的I-140必须交新申请费($475)。
4。在网上e-file I-140的日子就是此申请的优先日期。如果I-140最终得到批准，e-
file I-140的日子就是绿卡排队日期。
5。 特别注意，在网上e-file I-140之后，有关该I-140的证明材料必须尽快随e-

I would like to pre-index those files regarding a bunch of keywords to

For example, I type "cat" + "dog", the python pgm would return snippets of

如果申请人想要在今年8月份提交I-485申请，他/她就必须在8月1日之前提交I-140申请，才可以获得一个7月份的优先日期以便自己可以使用7月的移民排期。现在最后期限已经越来越近了，但是有些申请人仍然没有准备好自己的申请资料。
解决这个问题的办法是使用移民局的efiling。你可以在8月1日前e-file自己的I-140申请，然后在之后的7个工作日内把其余的支持资料全部提交到移民局，这些支持材料包括申请信、推荐信及其他一些证明材料。通过e-file，申请人可以在提交申请后再获得7个工作日的时间来准备自己的申请。
E-file申请的相关信息和数据会自动进入到移民局的Siebel系统，移民局会马上对这份申请发出efile的receipt notice，并且之后还会发出纸质的receipt notice。E-file的I-140申请（不包括以劳工证为基础的I-140申请）的优先日期就是e-file的日期。例如，一份于2007年7月29日通过e-file的方式提交的I-140申请，移民局如果在8月7日或之前收到其余的支持材料，这份申请的优先日期就 |

出2个文件
中的重复部分？
我看到的一个答案是：
step 1: external merge sort F1 (file 1): 将原文件分成若干个temporary
smaller
files, 对每个temporary small file进行quicksort，然后对所有smaller files 进行
multiple-way merge sort, 重新合并成一个sorted big file.
step 2: traverse F2, binary search F2's each element in F1,
step 3: 能找则是common element，如果找不到则继续读取判断下一个element
问题2： 1个超级大文件，unsorted，里面都是string。如何找出所有的anagram？
这个题没什么思路

2，第三步，公司签名是传真、扫描还是要寄来寄去呢？
3，综合起来大概多久能file呢？现在我已经把所有的信息和资料都给律师了。

The file name is

with open(file_loc , 'r') as csv_file # error !!!
csv_reader = csv.reader(csv_file, delimiter=',')
error:
IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '\serverName.myCompanyName
.com\mypath\Files\myfile.csv'
But, I can access the folder and open the file from win 7 .

says that:
"Your credit file is frozen or blocked
"We cannot generate a Credit Report Card for you at this time due to your
credit file being frozen or blocked. This occurs when the consumer has
placed a file freeze on their credit file or the credit file has been
blocked by Experian. Read about a credit freeze or visit the Experian
website to learn more."
But I haven't frozen my credit file. Anyone know why?

If your current status is B1, B2, F1, F2, J1, J2, M1 or M2, you are
eligible to file using the new USCIS Electronic Immigration System, USCIS
ELIS.
Certain applicants who are not eligible to file using USCIS ELIS may
still file online using our legacy e-Filing system. You will be able to file
your form and pay your fees online, but you will have to mail your
supporting documents to the USCIS office processing your application.
是不是大家都是用的legacy e-file,然后再邮寄supporting docs呢？

电视什么的。还没小孩。
究竟joint filing和separate filing相比，有什么好处？税率低？或者是可以申请其
他的一些credit？以前，我们一般是一个人用itemized deduction抵房贷，另外一个人
用standard deduction。我查了查，IRS的网站说的不详细，只是说joint filing有可
能比separate filing有更多的tax return。大家有file jointly能不能给个例子什么
的？比如，我在股市亏了几万钱，每年只能抵3000。如果joint filing，是不是老婆也
可以帮我抵另外3000，就一共6000？

我们的case是这样的---我今年毕业之后OPT到10月份拿到H1B，LD06年来美，今年第五
年F1。我们准备用4868 file extension然后file jointly。用4868算欠不欠税的时候
，究竟是用1040NR 我们先分别算然后加和呢？还是直接就joint用1040算？我考古很久
，发现SETI大侠在一篇回帖中说1040，也有另外一位再另一份回帖中说用NR。我看了
pub519，没有找到哪里有明确说file extension算是否欠税应该用哪个啊？
虽然估计俩种算来都不会欠税或者欠不多，但是保险起见。希望达人给个确认！
还有一问，这个file extension是只针对身份来说么？原先以为是一直到6月的收入都
要作为2010内来算了......还是这个计算还是按照实际2010年内的，并且也不影响我
2011年报税----这个只是个身份判定时间问题？
如果是这样的话，是不是我们目前填完4868提交以后，等到6月份身份183天合格，直接
把现在file好的1040寄出就可以了？

发帖数: 92 | 49 一直是married file jointly的，去年刚买了房，没赶上8000块，schedule A算了半天
，结果比standard deduction 还少了1000块。看mortgage interest statement，突然
想起来，当年贷款的时候，由于某些原因，就写了一个人的名字，那岂不是说，如果file
separately,一个人用schedule A + dependents ，另一个人用standard deduction，这
样好像可以省不少？我们穷人。这样可行么？去年file jointly,今年file separately，IRS
不会有问题吧？
还有就是联邦税file separately,州税file jointly，没问题吧？州税就懒得麻烦了。 |
