need your experiences on I-485 filling.
Background:
Wife: EB2, prior date: Sep 2013; filed I-140 and I-485 in Aug 2015.
Husband: EB2, prior date: Dec 2013; filed I-140 in Aug 2014 and been
approved, will file I-485 in Oct 2015.
Under such case, two questions:
1. Can wife file another I-485 with the husband case? If could, what to do?
2. If wife did file I-485 with husband in Oct 2015, can she later file I-485
with her husband in the future, if her I-485 been rejected, she changed a

新的EB3 I-140上面的A number 和 I-485, 和久的EB2 I-140上面的一样。 EB3 I-140
批准文件上的PD日期也是正确的PD: 8/11/2014。我这种情况还需要Relink么， 或者需
要写信Transfer I-485么？
看了好多帖子和置顶的文章，没有发现答案。先谢过各位。 |

所以当时Concurrent filling EB2->3 I-140 和 I485的时候, 这时候默认是采用EB3的
优先级的485.
是这样理解的吧.

看你什么时候pp， 如果现在pp，还有时间4月份交485表。 如果再拖两个礼拜再pp，
呵呵呵，你还不如直接交485 |

当然我没比过保暖性能。
反正costco可以退货，你可以买了，穿一下，到冷地试一下，随身带这备用保暖衣服。
