发帖数: 22 | 22 以前是被人拍的主儿, 现在要由指手划脚转为自己动手动脚. 做过一些功课, 用REALA拍
人物真的很正点, 比较NEW Superia1 100颗粒是小很多, 即使放好大后仍然十分清晰, 一
点不朦胧, 连偶的豆豆, 衣服上的STAIN也看得仔细. 感觉REALA特点好像是色彩亮丽, 拍
风景绝佳, 拍人物似乎不够写实, 不知道是否也有相机的原因, 觉得CONTRAST和DEPTH都
不鲜明, 看人家大师的习作, 人物好像呼之欲出似的. REALA的价格只比SUPERIA贵一点,
但得到的效果却比得上初级阶段的PRO效果了, 嘻嘻, 让偶们这种半桶水的小农心态大大
满足了一把. 那么依NO前辈之见, 拍人物彩照什么FILM比较好咧?
还有黑白菲林, 没碰过, 闭嘴得了. KODAK TMAX100是不是很牛呢? Astrophotography也
用它. 好象拍黑白的比较考验功力耶, 都说黑白要等到七老八十, 脸上皱纹一疙瘩一疙瘩
的时候拍最好. 见过一张西藏老妇的黑白照, 她就是满脸摺子, 张着的嘴里还有几颗牙,
极具震撼力, 有真实感. 寻思着等偶老得也这样, 就拍黑白.

了遍UP，好爽！不过LD对片源的合法性提出质疑，不相信这么新的Blueray电影(
Inception, Black Swan, King's Speech)居然让我们免费看，那Netflix和Redbox上哪
儿挣钱去。我放狗搜了搜，也没找到确切答案。好像说只是看合法，但是不能下载。谁
有更好的答案和依据？ |

号都衰减了
现在这个实验室有个Bio RAD ChemiDoc MP Imaging System，也是camera，实验室的人
还是不愿意用来做Western Blot.

There are many methods to measure thin film's thickness, for example, using
AFM (Atomic Force Microscope), Cross sectional SEM (Scanning Electron
Microscope). For in situ measurement, you can use ellipsometry or QCM (Quartz
Crystal Microbalance), all those are standard methods for semiconductor
manufactuaring hence you can find their principles easily from related books
and internet. |

or glass, it is transparent, if from multi-crystal or from a lot of amorphous
particles, must be opaque due to the scattering.
Why not cleave and/or polish the end of your matrix with film (if it is not
too hard), and observe from the cross-section by SEM? It will be more precise
and direct than optical measurement based on te reflection or transmission
equation. |
