Yahoo Financia刊登的专栏文章说，恨华尔街是很容易的，电影里总是将银行家描述成
贪婪的，没良心的人。一些民众将近年的金融危机和经济衰颓怪罪在华尔街头上。还有
人说那些富有的银行家纳税不够多。这些反华尔街的态度导致了近期发生的“占领华尔
街”运动，但是这个运动是不会成功的。
第一，这个运动的目的不明确。任何一项运动都必须有明确的目标，否则不会有任何作
用。现在抗议华尔街的人主要是表示对华尔街的痛恨，但是这算什么目的呢？
第二， 华尔街不在乎这个运动。占领华尔街运动和茶党运动的最大区别是，茶党是直
接针对美国政府的，他们反对政府对大银行的救援计划以及奥巴马的刺激经济政策。茶
党的宗旨是要求政府少干预经济。但是占领华尔街运动的茅台是指向银行家，问题是银
行家并不在乎，参与运动的抗议人士都不是华尔街的顾客，甚至不是华尔街顾客的顾客
。YouTube上有一个视频：华尔街人士占在阳台上看示威者的游行。这是一个非常明显
的例子，说明抗议者所痛恨的银行家们根本不为所动。从现实讲，绝大多数的银行人士

Vanguard。一般用哪家就得买他们家的基金。你如果很保守就买money
market fund或bond fund，很激进就买stock fund，中庸的买你退休
年份的target fund，比如你2040年退休，就买个2040年的。
stock fund按保守激进分为：value, blend, growth
按市值分为：large, middle, small
按区域分为：domestic, foreign, global, europe, asia, japan, south america, e
merging...
按工业类别分为：materials, technology, energy, service, healthcare, financia
l, consumer goods, utilities...
按管理方式分为：passive index, active managed
你要想省事就选个index，比如Dow Jones 30, S&P 500, Russell 3000 |

个opportunity 还是让我心动.
在现在的公司, 工资是涨了, 休产假也有STD, 可是还是觉得提不起精神...(如果拿
counter offer 和新Offer比, 呆在现在的公司, 今年肯定会 financia better off)
