都说我高肘问题大，我自己练Fingertip drag drill也能感觉，就是感觉不对，但是不

入水点是太靠前了？应该更早入水？ |

不过我还是同样在最前面先加了打水练习，5x 100米。今天打水有些进步和心得。5组
成绩为：4:06, 3:46, 3:05, 2:48, 2:42。100米打水第一次进入了三分以内。体会就
是要打得稍微大一点儿（我以前打的太小，没有推动力）。
完了warm up 里有组100米fingertip drag，忘了用Garmin Swim的drill设置，结果记
成了75米，其中第二个25米记成了仰泳，后面50米记成了25米蛙泳。
Secondary Set的300米smooth pull被我换成了300米2-beat kick游，感觉游得比较顺
了，打腿剪刀腿应该小些了。
一共游了2100米，最后没有时间200米warm down了。 |

正常划频下，没有明显的glide，自然衔接pull phase。为了防止wiggle，需要pull
wide。
比较慢的full stroke，或者做比较慢的drill，比如fingertip drag drill，上臂需要
紧贴紧脑袋体会动作。 |

今天又去Y跟高教练游泳，先还是打水400米。高教练指出脚不够“内八字”。练完后被
表扬比以前好多了，并且膝关节和踝关节也比较放松了。
今天游泳的收获有两点：
1。二次打水的kick发力应该和push一起，我发力早了点儿，刚开始pull就发力了。
2。手入水后就开始往下收腕，避免over-glide从而造成掉肘。这点跟swim smooth里讲
的“smooth”type一样。

35mm或更广的广角镜头在TC上比较容易操作。跟猪大师shifting用的哈苏SWC一样，拿
起来拍就行了。反正几乎眼睛里看到的都能拍下来。取景器里面有相应的取景框。不过
这个没有视差矫正。拍远处没问题。1米内近处就不太好用了。光圈定在F11，focus距
离定在5米，基本都清楚。
所以，最快的情况下，眼睛大概估算以下曝光值，调好快门，上弦，拿起来按快门就可
以了。这个不需要多少时间。
要是有时间慢慢拍，就可以放上脚架。测光表测光。激光测距仪测距。调对焦环，最好
有HPF ring。具体步骤
1：拿出脚架，调好球头。
2：用STC的话要看看是不是需要vertical shift，可能要把tripod plate从bottom挪到
侧面。按在球头上。
3：用laser distance meter测距，调HPF ring。
4：测光，调光圈，快门，上弦。测光可以省，用digital back的histogram差不多也可
以。
5：可能要移轴。
6：按快门。然后看digital back里面histogram，曝光或构图有问题就重复456。
