网页上说的是总面积是1764，可是我看下面这个描述怎么也没有1700多啊，我比较了一
下其他没有地下室的大约在1700多的房子，描述比这个丰富多了，感觉也大多了。

water based finish 至少3边。一般Contractor 会quote 2 到3 边。有钱可以4到5边
，如果打算住10年以上。 |

From 所谓的 appraisal report：
Square footage: 3360
Basement Finished: 846
先不说小的出入。我感觉他们把basement算了两遍，即算入总面积又单独算一遍。我看
过这房，basement绝对没有800尺那么大。地面上的更不用说了。我质疑，他们还特坚
持。还有这房是first owner.从来没卖过。这appraisal report谁搞的？我的直觉就是
胡闹。要真是这样,也没人管？

I read quite some Western classical literature before. But I didn't expect the
nonfictions are even more interesting than literature.

Marathon in NY, Chicago or etc ?
I dediced to run this year's Boston Marathon a week ago and I did it
yesterday. To everybody's surprise and to my own surprise, I finished the
whole 26.2 miles in 4 hours 37 mins with ease. Deducting 20 mins starting
time, it only took me 4 hours 17 mins to finish the whole thing. I'm so
excited. |
