有理。教育这事，政府插手出钱的，指手画脚，干涉太多，大多难免官僚化，效率低下
的毛病吧。
对，芬兰的公立教育非常好，奇怪的是，人家很少用考试来衡量学生也很少作业(至少
在小学），孩子入学年龄晚（7岁），等等...

上次看到同样水品的学校，公立也比私立工资高50%
我们老师不改作业，可能是因为低年级。病了也有老师代课
水平高的老师是需要人们全力支持付高工资，毕竟是最重要的工作之一。
但是很多水平低的也同样有铁饭碗拿高工资，这是为什么美国教育差花费高。
关键还是需要像Finland一样重视提高老师们水平 |

我想Common Core, High stake State Test 主要就是要HOLD老师的ACCOUNTABILITY，
考察老师的水平，COMMON CORE让差的老师更好教一些。COMMON CORE 不是新的想法。
所有的这些东西说穿了是工业革命的产物：商业化， 标准化。商业化 ，标准化的好处
的大批量生产，降低成本。更大的好处是标准化后如果东西坏了 只换某一零件。
Common Core，High stake State Test另一背景是 adopt company management model
to school administration.
这些想法都不错。问题人和物不一样，人人不一样，没办法标准化。比如有些孩子觉的
生物课，讲人体的结构很GROSS。对这种孩子要换另一种方式学这种知识。HOMESCHOOL
我可以做到这一点，学校根本不行，不管喜欢不喜欢，都要做下来听。

的VIDEO呢。
FYI=分享一下我的经验。我主要在A区和C区转了一下，进去的场馆好像有不少挺冷的国家：
PERU,SAUDI，INDIA，ITALY，FRANCE, AUSTRIA，FINLAND,RUSSIA，CANADA，ICELAND，DENMARK，NORWAY，HOLLAND，LUXEMBORG，MOROCCO(摩洛哥，非洲唯一自建馆，不是摩纳哥MONACO)。其他场
馆连走马观花也来不急。
MOROCCO，CANADA，SAUDI都值得一去，最失望的是FRANCE和RUSSIA，太让人失望，
SAUDI的电影很特别号称4D，可惜顶楼OASIS不开。
CANADA和主题联系得好，
MOROCCO清真建筑很雅致。
FRANCE连LV广告SHOW都搬来了，还占了老多地方，难道他们以为我们很稀罕他们的几个
包包么，有几幅印象派的名画在撑台面，如果去过大艺术博物馆的话，就不用去排那个
队了；
RUSSIA外观还行，里面如果要排队，就千万不要去，里面是个童话世界，小气扒拉的。

里，除了丘成桐生于中国，另一个生于英国，其余11个全生于美国本土，注意这里13人
没有算非美籍的比如torrence Tao，就算这两个全剔除也跟法国并列第一，我倒是没有
时间看法国这11个人是不是都是生在法国的，万一有一个生在比利时的也不一定。
