客.我们坐下后吃了一点东西.过了一会,葱姜炒Lobster龙虾上来了,我们吃了很多,味道
很鲜也很新鲜.因为时间还早人也不多, 所以也没有人抢.不过第二次龙虾送上来要将近
12:00了,这时顾客就多些了,龙虾好的部位比较抢手的,不过一直有些剩余.也许到了中
午时分,第三次和第四次送上来就比较快些了.生鱼片里的目鱼丝很好吃,生鱼片还比较
新鲜.生蚝肉太少,还吃到个臭的.冷冻鸡尾虾还新鲜.不过冷冻Snow Crab Leg不是很新
鲜.葱姜加拿大蟹钳味道不怎么样,好像酱油放多了些了.他们还供应Shark Fin soup,有
点腥气,不知是用真的还是人造Shark Fin.总是菜品种比较少.如果没有龙虾是不值得去
跑一次的.我们用了25% off coupon,所以要便宜不少.标准价格是$22.99/人.一点小经
验是周六11:00就到那里,坐到最靠近Lobster盘的座位上.这时人很少,Lobster一上来你

发帖数: 1407 | 19 今天的天气出奇的好，从KEY WEST一直到MIAMI基本上是风平浪静。用KV的话讲，周末的天气一般都很恶劣。真是机会难得啊，本想趁这机会和JAY去深海DEEP DROP，由于JAY正好有事在身，没有成行。决定上了PARTY BOAT。
一开工，好家伙，90%都在JIGGING。昔日的船长首开记录，上了BLACK FIN TUNA，接着又是一条SKIPJACK TUNA。后来俺也一条接一条地上这种SKIPJACK TUNA(从船长到昔日的船长，再到老渔民大家都称之为SKIPJACK TUNA)。感觉这种TUNA不太像传统的SKIPJACK,但FIGHT绝对是相同重量的鱼中的佼佼者，比BLACK FIN强多了。听这昔日的船长说，该SKIPJACK的肉 介于BALCKFIN TUNA和KINGFISH之间。回去FILET鱼也发现，肉出奇地嫩，骨头用刀轻轻一碰就断，就像清明前的长江刀鱼，骨头软得跟肉似的。大家看图可发现，中间有一小条红肉，剔去后剩下的肉不同于一般的TUNA或BONITO，呈灰白色，和KINGFISH相似，并且油很多,还没来得及品尝，准备明天做鱼丸子试试看。

的是white/glow), 后面用split ring 接上“尾巴”， buck tail/worm, or fluke,
gulp 或其他。 我是准备11-11-11的tuna trip试用的。 Top water我准备这么用， 深
水钓时我可以在这个sinker下面用split ring加上一个5oz或6oz的sinker, 改用assist
hook.
我自己做的这种inline sinker 是 through wire， 商店里卖的都是bronze eye， 不
够力， 大鱼会把bronze eye拉断。 没有inline sinker with through wire, 也可以
用2.5oz, 或3oz 的spoon, 把霸王钩换成单钩就成。这是我个人的一点想法， 还没有
实践过， 不知道钓blue fin会不会有效？ 我想钓black fin 和 yft是没有问题的。 |

第一条是有点怪，dorsal fin base是说的支持背鳍的硬骨头，别的地方看见过reach
anal fin，简单明了，我猜它是说胸鳍很长，达到或者超过背鳍硬刺的部分

这条没别的意思，就是沿着侧线一路数下去，从头到尾的鳞片数
很多时候搞分类的拿到的标本都是死了很久的鱼干，或者浸泡在防腐剂里完全脱色了，另
外不同水里产的鱼颜色可能完全不一样，不会把颜色特征、pattern之类的用作检索的
标准，我们平常认鱼基本是看pattern，另外大小、体型、颜色等等都可以做参照，关键

子，我还想幸好不用对RAVENs了，哪想到照样被胖子羞辱。季后赛防守是王道，输得也
无话可说，但对长鼻子太失望了，哪像个elite qb 的样子。一个INT后信心就没有了。
打fin最后一场时，我一直希望他有个INT，起码以后少点心理负担，可惜Fins太不给力
。虽说白菜是playoff choker,表现还是对得起他的名气的。长鼻子连续两年季后赛的
表现实在平庸。

-- the throw to Clay was off (good pressure on T), and Clay only got away

不过先买了最简单的试试吧，以后再换。
还有fins一般是配合booties买的，那一套的fins估计是直接套脚的，不是套booties的，
在南加这么冷的地方，都下不了水的，买之前一定要搞明白。
gloves只在冷水需要，南加的水default是冷水。。。
booties和gloves要看薄厚，我的都是5mm的吧，南加的水实在冷。。。

还是跟Hans去潜的，Edmonds的这个park闻名已久，终于抓到蹭的机会了~ 不过这个周

点冷，水下温度在45F到49F之间，7mm wetsuit。而且天阴，水下光线很差，可见度一
般。
下水前，Hans给我大概讲了一下如何根据潮汐来制定计划。星期六下午2点开始退潮，
所以
最好在这之前回来。
刚下水没多久就又掉了一个fin，汗，实在不习惯这个东西。Hans马上下去帮我找，不
过有
current，已经给冲走了。第一个tank带了 30lb，有点多，刚下去的时候在海底折腾了半
天，幸亏是沙地… 慢慢找到点感觉，觉得昨天两趟下来，中性浮力有那么点意思了，
不像
以前总是上蹿下跳的，哈哈。这里的鱼个头真大，能有1米长？膘不够也确实没法在这

实际上我也不够格参加USMS的workout. 是有一个coach特别好心, 我们有一群不够格的就
可以在她管的时间有一条lane, 而且她还对我们特别设了比较低强度的计划. 大家如果有
机会可以参加一段时间, 就算在旁边游, 通过观摩也会有很多心得的.
对于你的想法, 我有几点体会:
第一 我曾经问过coach, 为什么她纠正了我的动作以后, 我觉得特别累. 她的回答是正确
的动作是比较累, (我想大概只是提高距离500->1000->2000, 在累了以后, 动作自然就往
省力的方向变形). 而且一周三次训练以下是不能提高力量的. (这一点在我身上非常准确
)
所以我现在是如果一周三次以上, 可以加强力量. 三次以下则是以调整技术动作为主.
第二 如果你觉得自由泳不是特别强 (100米 1'10 以外) 那么通常kicking还有很大的提
高余地. 我看到大多数人都用fin. 有fin的话, 600-800应该不是很累. 仰式的kicking对
学仰式很有帮助.
第三 在workout的时候, 丰富的内容会提高自己 |

1) 加板 2) 带蹼 3) 自
全速, 计时.
然后3个150m, 之间45秒休息:
1) 带蹼 2) 自 3) 加板
同样, 全速, 计时.
最后是3个200m, 休息1分钟
1) 自 2) 加板 3) 带蹼
全速, 计时.
最后统计一下时间, 求出平均每100米的速度.
如果你加班自手比普通自快4秒以上, 就是身体姿态有问题.
要加强打水和平衡训练.
要是你加班自手比正常游慢6秒以上, 就是抓水, 划水有问题.

stretching and flexibility exercises. But keep in mind that I've never
received any formal flexibility training in the context of swimming,
so I can only speak from experience which mostly is related to kicking
(as in roundhouse kicks, hook kicks, etc).
My understanding is that static flexibility only comes from years and
years of stretching (the younger you start the better the end result,

non-stop. Didn't bother counting the number of laps or timing
anything. Only stopped once for about 2 minutes to get water and take
a piss.
Stretched real good before jumping in. Amazingly my ankles didn't hurt
one bit even after wearing the fins for the entire session, and I
wasn't kicking 2-beat either. Coincidentally, I felt I was going a

goes to my local pool all the time. Whenever I go there during the
day, he's there nine times out of ten.
Sometimes his dad swims with him, sometimes he just coaches from the
side of the pool. The kid is a little on the fat side for a swimmer,
but I guess he's still growing (~162-165cm tall)and his parents just
let him over-compensate.
Anyway, this kid can swim and he has crazy stamina!! I can only keep

need to know how to kick with fins. They have snorkel, mask and fins
for rent there. Also, the water is pretty shallow (about chin height)
in most places close to the shore and there's already plenty of fish
there last time I went. There's probably more fish if you go further
out (more healthy coral reef; the ones in shallow water are mostly dead
because people who can't swim keep stepping on them), that's where it
gets deep.
