extension, 然后firs year choice直接选成去年全年resident, married fill
jointly？
还有两个小细节：
1、extension4868上配偶的ssn先空着可以么，等正式填1040时再申请itin? 然后
balance due 那行如果退税就填负数？
2、把去年变成full year resident后, opt期间的5000 treaty还能用么？

我现在是两个杂志的Associate Editor，杂志是信号，电路与系统方面的，不过我负责
的领域是信号处理，大部分我处理的稿子是滤波器设计，包括各种 FIR filter, IIR
filter, Filter bank design and applications。现在做这个的人大概越来越少了，
找来找去就是那么几个审稿人。如果有谁有兴趣而且专业对口，非常欢迎站内私信联系
。目前我就有3，4篇文章尚未找到足够的审稿人，而且很多时候都是如此。
一篇关于hybrid filter bank，一篇关于QMF filter bank，一篇关于2 dimensional
filter，还有一篇关于DLMS Filter.
看到有人在讨论到底多久提交审稿报告为好。显然，超出规定的时间是不可取的，但是
太快也没有必要。我曾叫自己毕业的学生审稿，2，3天就给我了，觉得实在是太快了。
通常我的期望是在2/3规定的时间内比较合适吧。 |

背景
的律师。律师非常给力，推荐信全部由他起草，写得非常到位，基本不用修改就可以直
接发给推荐人，PL写得非常清晰，图文并茂，言简意赅。“软证据”和“硬证据”完美
结合。
准备材料一共花了4个月时间，由于老板逼得很紧，又有几篇文章要写，我完全没有时
间研究如何申请EB1A，就直接听律师指挥，律师说现在应该做哪些工作，我就尽力配合
，有问题就发邮件或者打电话联系，基本都是一天以内回复。最后看PL的时候才发现律

2010年圣诞节前$88+tax买的，用过两个圣诞节，7ft(或2.13m) Douglas Fir,圣诞树直
径4.2ft，自带650个clear minilight和tree-stand,还有一些备用的小灯泡。包装盒还
在，平时拆开3截收在盒子里，不占地方并且很容易安装。
买圣诞树会附赠我们所有的树上装饰品，买的时候也花了足有40多刀。
2，圣诞花环 $8
直径22”，在home goods买的，图片晚上照的，颜色有点失真，花环上有圣诞红和几个
大的金色铃铛，门上的挂钩当时是单买的，但如买花环可以免费赠送。

我们本来有一个SONY大电视，但擦的时候不小心进水弄坏了，所以去年底又买的这台电

行程：Denver到Arches National Park。
路线：I70W转US191。
距离：～360 miles。
住宿：Dead Horse Point State Park Campground。这个公园在Arches南边30 Miles，再往南一点点就是Canyonlands National Park，位置很方便。犹他的州立公园的campground check in时间基本上都是在下午6点。如果像我们一样中午或下午才到Arches的话，路线一定要安排好，否则会很被动。网上评论说大多数的state park camping条件都比national park的好，而且National Park的campground要first come firs |
