if you are acquiring the firarms on behalf of another person. if you are not
the actual buyer, the dealer cannot transfer the firearms to you (see
important notice 1 for actual buyer definition and examples).

不过理论上一般正规程序走的的网上订枪寄到FFL，然后FFL再卖给我，
好像FFL也是acquiring the firarm on behalf of another person啊。

第一次购枪，看了看Federal和state的法律。Federal law比较清楚，有了Hunting
License非公民非绿卡就可以买枪拥枪。VA的法律比较模糊，似乎连手枪都是非法，跟
周围情况似乎不符。哪位有经验能解释一下？关键是最后一段，好象手枪也是assault
firarm对非公民非绿卡为非法.

我们这里collectors firarms有一支TTR，四面导轨护木型
这东西的原厂枪托我印象不好，开合动作慢，贴腮不舒服
头要比普通AR重一些
可惜没有机会去试打。
猴子屯有兴趣的人可以去他们那里摸
就在最里面，各种战术枪的货架上，和一堆AR一起摆在外面
又，他们的steyr scout 没有卖掉，只是从栓动的架子上换到和这些战术枪摆一起了而已 |

Legion USA and Arsenal are not the same companies. The rifles you are
talking about come from Legion USA and are a new product. They are the US
branch of Legion from Russia. The base rifles for both Arsenal and Legion
USA are Saigas made by Izhmash in Russia, but they aren't converted in the
same process. Legion is also using cheaper parts in the conversion.

发帖数: 1289 | 19 per ATF，私人卖家是可以跨州ship firearm给FFL的。不过做好是先问下。
我有个买家的FFL拒收，跟他电话里谈了下，把这个link发给他，就收了。关键是沟通。

另外建议用UPS运。盒子上不要有任何firearm有关字样。运的时候把打印好的FFL带着
，告诉ups收货的这是firearm。他们会看下FFL，也可能会把FFL copy留下做record。
盒子不要大，做好是fit你的firarm本身的盒子。重量在一定范围内对运费影响不大但
尺寸影响很大。 52x12x5一定够了。费用一般是30左右. adult signature要extra不过
一定要。
最后恭喜一下，做了一把军火商，人生也更圆满了。 |
