上周聊天，还在高兴的跟我说马上就提交H1B的申请，结果昨天下午他的部门经理直接
把他fire了。早上一大早来，看见HR的女同事在哭，我问她怎么了，才听她说被fire的
那个印度人今年是第二年OPT，不能再延期，现在找工作办H1B太晚了，估计只能回印度
了。那个部门经理给的理由是bad performance，大家都觉得那也应该提前说，好让人
家找工作，这下真是。。。。哎。。。。月初他还在说人手不够，招的新人下个月才来
面试，要是觉得人家表现不好，干嘛不去年fire呀。。。。 |

前一天的18miles跑得有点辛苦，Long run之后不休息，反而要补周六的doubles，
腿和脚都还有点酸，遂决定去GYM的EFX（椭圆机之一种）机器上“跑”了6迈，主
要是non-impacet。
8/1: TF HIIT 25 & Tone 30
这些Sculpt和Tone的练习相对来说强度不太大，不过我最近因为每周加跑三次，不
敢上P90X才用的这个Hybrid，这种强度倒是还比较合适。感觉最近比较适应这个训
练计划了。以前每天觉得累和酸，现在好像都可以基本恢复了。

-floating firing pin.
Spring-loaded firing pins prevent slamfires because the pin cannot easily
move inside the bolt. A proper strike from the firearm's hammer will
overcome the resistance of the spring, but ordinary inertia will not.

spring is the design difference between AR10 and AR15. I'd be surprised if
Armalite AR10 doesn't have one.
AR-10 based DPMS .308 and LaRue's ORB 7.62 have firing pin springs. It's
still not firing pin block/safey though but far better/safer than free-
floating firing pin, IMO. |

那份决绝和勇气却让人不禁动容。那是个痴情的女人。虽然她洞悉男人的欺骗和背叛，
虽然滚烫的热泪烧灼着脸颊，但是她没有绝望，没有后悔，她只是振臂一呼：我要把雨
水点燃，让那瓢泼大雨来得更猛烈些吧！那低沉又嘹亮的声音吼出的一句“watch it
pour”真真是荡人心魂。我的脑海里出现一副奇幻的画面：暴雨砸落地面，溅起的却是

看了那个文章讲被迫resign，有个假设问题：
如果公司想fire我，给我机会自己辞职，我是该
1.辞职，但有可能损失sign on bonus等利益
2.坚决不辞职，要求lay off，但公司不愿，因为要给lay off package
3.于是公司fire我，以后找新工作要求填表格“你是否曾经被fire过，因为何种原因”
。可能会影响我找新工作。

同一个量级比起来相对更有可比性

mini小不少？楼主数学没学好？
new kindle fire HD的尺寸比较有意思，8.9吋的正好夹在ipad和ipad mini之间，7吋
的又比ipad mini小不少，可以避免和ipad/mini在屏幕尺寸上直接竞争。
价格上讲，7吋200刀。看似便宜，但是有几大弱点。
1）太重，394 g，没有比老kindle fire的413 g轻多少。
2）太厚，0.4"，比牛排的0.37"还厚。
3）卖相还是土土的，用料做工估计好不到哪儿去。
4）整机尺寸大了老fire一圈儿，可能和ipad mini不相上下，但是显示面积小很多。
5）只有前置相机
6）当然，生态系统欠缺
几个吹嘘的卖点，好像也没什么大用。
1）dual antenna wifi。板子上要这么快的wifi干啥？
2）dolby digital stereo。效果估计不会比一些笔记本上的所谓dolby digital
speakers好，也就是说不咋地。
