口味不必说了，稍稍烤焦的全麦面包筋力十足，肉鲜嫩味足，蔬菜番茄调剂营养，加上
恰到好处的ranch，不愧是南卡最佳食品！！
更加重要的一点是，这个一号三明治非常的健康，全麦面包配上西红柿生菜，还有适当
的肉类，ranch和其他酱只有少许一点，高蛋白高纤维高维生素。就是有点贵，一个要6
.3刀
我设想，边看我鸡的比赛边吃Firehouse是多么惬意的一件事情啊。并且，如果我鸡的
球员把firehouse当初主导的食品，战斗力必将大大增强，总冠军不在话下啊！！ |

发帖数: 1034 | 22 龙兄说得实在是太好了。我今天和他稍微聊了一点点，怕讲得太多过于分散他理解不了
，主要着重于“现实中失去喜欢的心爱的东西是经常发生的事情，与其停留在痛苦之中
，不如move on，而且move on本身可以分散注意力，减轻痛苦”。
他开始还不大想打开游戏，我亲自拿起手柄，按着昨天记下来的坐标，找到了昨天发现
的另一处村庄。刚好旁边有空地，我跟他说可以在这里建一座城市，比原来的那些房子
还好，先让他规划一下，几条街道，什么地方建学校，医院，商店，公园，firehouse
。。。这下他兴致来了，拿张纸开始画起来。规划好之后开始建第一个房子，建到一半
可能触景生情，又有点伤心，把手柄交给弟弟，自己跑去玩别的了。总算没哭出来。。。
其实觉得经受一下这样的心理“挫折”也挺好的，说不定找到了调节自己情绪的方法，
将来失个恋什么的也不至于悲痛欲绝觅死寻活的。好像跟失恋以后“新的不来，旧的不
去“还挺像的哈。。
至于以后万一无意中又找到了前面失落的房子，也类似于前女友回心转意可自己又有了
新女友的两难处境，犹豫，周旋，抉择。。。我是不是想太多了？: )

2007年搬到了SLC,照相的机会多了，片子拍多了，开始逐渐理解光圈快门，白平衡，
ISO，之类，也有些自己觉得还不错的糖水。总结一下给自己也留个记号。KM5D
1月, Yellowstone, WY. 光顾着滑雪了，去年圣诞的片子。鹿群前孤独的Cayote。颜色
压的比较暗，一是阴天，二是觉得更适合孤独的主题。
2月, 窗外,雪. SLC. 2月没怎么照相，翻出张手机照充数。。。
3月, 街景, SLC. Firehouse前的雕像。
4月, 大姚, SLC. 看了现场才知道主席进个球有多难。真的是围追堵截呀。还有，在犹
他的主场给火箭加油很不爽。:-(
5月, Mt.Van Cott, UT. 春天花会开，经过了一个长冬天，又到了hiking的季节，幸福。

他今年准备突破2：31， 我把他的训练log copy过来， 他最
高的周mileage也只有80迈左右。 我现在觉得训练里真正有推
动作用的还是Longrun, Tempo, Interval这些hard training,
其他的easy run都是帮助你恢复用的， 不需要太长。
