发帖数: 1283 | 2 出发的时候19F，热身2.5 miles之后集合，今天比较冷，来group run的都是比较
serious的人。几个track team的，还有5K PR15分，14分的，一共9个人一起跑16迈的
loop，经过boston marathon course的几个小上坡，也就是从newton fireman station
到heartbreak hill。前10迈聊着聊着就过去了，根本没感觉。到了newton hills几个
年轻人就加了点速，把我们的barefoot professor drop了。之后我跟一个以前一起跑
过trail的freshman，和一个sophomore，加速上heartbreak hill，凭感觉猜测应该是6
:50的样子。下坡时他俩继续加速，我也跟着push了一把，估计应该是6:40-6:30上下。
这样我跑到19迈多的地方跟他们告别，减速jogging回家，总共22迈。随便吃了点零食
，小睡一个多小时，感觉不错。到现在还没胃口，看来今天跑得出力了。 |

发帖数: 1283 | 3 letsrun上人说起跑时77F，到后面路上有90F，终点80多度。虽然夏天跑得不少，但从
来没在80度以上的条件下比赛过。看letsrun上的教练预计说今天elite要慢5分半，普
通选手要慢更多，就已经完全没有期望PR，也没有期望BQ。赛前跟变叔说，今天就冲着
315去了。光膀子，走到起跑线的时候，完全没热身，汗珠子已经沿着胳膊流下来了。
第一迈基本当热身了，让两边的人都超过去。以为要冲着8分去了，看到split是7:15,
觉得今天状态还可以。第二迈的时候遇见了同样赤身奔跑的阿牛。前半程的目的就是把
心跳降到最低，防止身体过热。见到所有水站和递水的人，都把杯子瓶子拿来直接往头
上浇。mile 5, mile 10, mile 13时各吃了一个gel。白老大说过，上坡时不能吃gel，
所以最后一个gel留到heartbreak hill之后。路过wellesley的时候伸出一直手，大概
跟5，60个mm high five。
过半程的时候感觉象刚热身一样。看split是1:33:30, 心想下半程要1:31:30才能BQ，
大约有50％的把握。16迈左右一路大下坡，这时经验就起作用... 阅读全帖 |

5分袖。腰带是位于臀部的，所以适合高个子的MM。非常适合温暖地区的MM春秋上班或者休闲的穿着。

下班回家路上，开在熟悉得不能再熟悉的高速上，毫无前兆的听前面一阵急刹车声并伴
随着冒烟，我拼命踩刹车的片刻，就听一阵巨响，已经撞上前边，后边也同时被撞，人
被冲击得几乎失控，脑子一片空白。
等回过神来，发现是四连环，我是第三辆。头是晕的，脖子和手臂都是麻的，脸被撞肿
了，帽子飞到后座了，眼皮上刮破了皮，视力是模糊的，看不清东西。
镇静了两分钟，给老公打电话让他赶快下班去接孩子，说我被车祸困住了。然后生平第
一次打911（不知道是不是别人也打了），报了方位，大致情况，被告知坐在车里不要
出来。
之后的记忆也是不连贯的。
生平第一次被fireman拿着大照明灯往脸上照，问要不要救护车，发现我基本完好，检
查了脸部和眼睛后又问需不需要送医院。我居然回答不知道。后来觉得眼睛可以看清东
西手臂也能活动就说暂时不去了。（现在觉得明天还是要去拍几个片子。后颈和胳膊还
是有问题，而且时不时头晕）
再后来看车，前后都变形了，前面稀里哗啦，后面一边稀巴烂，一个后轮子被撞到车身
里卡住不转了，驾驶座车门也打不开了，看看后座的两个car seat，庆幸车里只有我一
个人。

里居然是看见一对亚洲(中国?)人. 大周末夜深人静的,就算自己不爱看STRIPER,带着孩子

Haven't read the case, but based on the little bit of info you provided, the
issue seems to be: whether the failure to warn a third party by the
original purchaser, who had the knowledge, means and opportunity to do so,
should shield the manufacturer or distributor from liability to the third
party harmed by the product.
Court's answer is yes.
Not sure about the rationale because that will depend on the entire case.

再不写点东西的话恐怕这个地方就快要废了 从何说起呢.. 上一次打字好像是遥远的十
几天前又好像是才过了十几天.. 天寒地冻的长沙 周围的一切都在结冰包括酒店的网线
还有我的大脑和手指 吃 睡 做节目 生活在冷藏室里一般好像只有呼出的热气能证明身
体的存在 手脚僵硬行动迟缓 疲乏的眼皮也坚持张开着 慢慢的规律的消耗着弱弱的热
量.. 我想回家 ><

这些天很累很辛苦 之前辗转多个地方频繁出席活动和演出的时候还希望可以呆在一处
过几天不用奔波的日子 转眼就被困在冰天雪地里无法出行 开始想念高速路想念飞机想
念被我抱怨过的首都机场的行李传送带.. 然而工作还是要继续 各位若能在温暖的家里
通过电视机得到快乐也是这个工作的很大一部分成就 于是我动身去拜访超级家族 路上
一些好听的歌也脱口而出 途中曾驻扎在快乐大本营 最后回到了快乐2008的演播厅和大
家汇合.. 加上allen之前在其他地方录制的节目 春节期间的 |
