我们学校一位中国老师5月份去世了。50来岁。1月份进医院的，一直熬到5月。医院账
单上估计总额是200多W吧，然后他太太在医院时候已经把所有收到的账单都付了，大概
不到1W。那时候她也不懂几百块以上的医院一般都会给20% OFF, 账单一来她就寄支票
过去。
去世之后，账单来了好几张。不过不多，都是几百的。我告诉她有discount的，因为她
英文口语不大流利，所以这几张都是我给打电话要求DISCOUNT的。我记得一张总额是
78W，自己交750，医院给了20% OFF。但这几张因为当着她的面，我不好意思说人已经
去世了，我只是说朋友有财政困难，能否多给DISCOUNT, 医院说最多20%。
我看到的最后一张是190，打电话医院说这个不给OFF, 我急了就说人已经没了。后来说
给25% OFF.

and clubs are trying to kill you on that night, charging about $150 ~ $300,
plus, there are really not much chinese in that kind of party, so ...
Recommendation: In DC, there will be a Free party at the mall on new year eve,
there will be concert performance and Firework, cold though...
At baltimore, there will be some cheap party at convention center, about $10,
plus you can see the firework at inner harbor...

整夜哮喘，白天走路无法持续200米。感觉生命无望。ER一次，那次不去ER，可能就已
经挂了。。。
唉。。。
回国一个月，因为在国内从未有过敏，以为脱离过敏原，过敏哮喘就会好，结论是错误
的。找了中国
哮喘病Top的专家，知道，因为气道长期处于过敏发炎状态，已经不会因为过敏原而哮
喘，而是进入
一个很差的循环。第一步呢，就是大剂量的药剂，逐步控制了病情。

很小教练就教导我们，跑步和游泳是相克的，不能一起做，因为跑步是让肌肉收缩，而

还有哈，跑完步不能马上洗澡，尤其热水澡，洗了算今天白练了，要洗最好一小时后洗

说起心跳步频5k10k什么的，我倒觉得没那个必要，只要自己觉得舒服就好，时间控制
在一小时内就可以了，还有什么拉伸，都不是专业的，我觉得没这个必要，况且到底有
多少人知道怎么做有效的准备活动和运动后恢复的动作呀，说句实话，真看不出有几个人

Gate is highly recommended. After drive across Golden Gate remember to
drive up the hill and see the gate from above the hill. It is so beautiful
there. If you get time I'd recommend the small town Sausalito right below
Golden Gate bridge, on the north end of the bridge. It is a nice and decent
town, good for a lunch (no chinese food though).

打算送lp一块手感,基本在rolex跟omega中选.要求一定是机械automatic,要求在

rolex自然更贵,也更有面子.但是对于fixed budget,考虑negotiation之后价,omega显
然能够有更多装饰(金+钻).
经过调查,发现,如果买rolex,基本是最简单的,无金无钻4-5k,7-8k基本不可能搞到有
18k gold的表带,最多加个diamond dazzle.如果又要dazzle,又要18k金(不是全金,中间
一缕金,以下同)band,至少8-9k,如果表盘index mark又要diamond,没有10k一下的.这都
是砍价之后的价位.
如果买omega,砍一下,5k左右就可以有些装饰,7-8k就可以有更多装饰.
