下NYC附近的钓友，特发此贴。
很多都是老生常谈，并无多少新意，不当之处，还望各位前辈指点。
第一张照片就是我和我的fishing buddy经常去的湖。在北卡中西部。湖里比较常见的
有LB,CRAPPIE等等。所以第一个经验是，要去有鱼的湖里钓。
听起来好像是废话。但在下水之前，多做调查，非常有必要。我曾经在这附近的另一个
湖摸索了将近三个月，每个周末租船出去，连个crappie的鱼毛也没挂到。marina服务
生的话可以参考，不能全信。
第二张照片是我们的crappie honey hole。关于季节，水温，月相，风力，早晚等等的
帖子已经很多了，我就不罗嗦了。我专门来讲讲这个hole。
先说一下我的工具，租的铁皮船，自带trolling motor, fish finder.用的是minnow.
先谈怎么找fish hole。大家都知道crappie喜欢水底的结构，倒树，以及水位的突变等
等。所以fish finder的用处就是查看深度，可能的结构，以及检测水温。

鱼种:
钓鱼自然最先谈鱼。gulf inshore game fishing最主要的四大目标鱼种，红鱼/red
drum, 海鳟/speckle sea trout, 马鲛鱼/Spanish mackerel，比目鱼/gulf flounder
。这四种鱼分布最广泛，最常见，是gulf game fish最具代表性的game fish，钓法也
各具代表性，涵盖了大多数假饵的钓法。但是海里鱼种数不胜数，还有很多很有意思，

BTW, NY must have size limits for fishing. If you bring undersized
fish home and get caught, you probably will be in trouble. Also,
get a fishing license if required. Otherwise heavy fine. :)
I am hoping I can catch one fish this year. Spend about 100 dollars
on fishing rods, baits and licenses. Hope the satisfaction of catching
one fish is worth of that expense...huhu |

闲逛，一会儿打开facebook, 一会儿就是youtube，再去读twitter，有跳到google+。
中文，英文，来回切换，看起来脑筋来得累得快些儿。
这不，这么多地方来回蹦跶，都忘了到底在哪地方首先看到这个“One Pound Fish"的
youtube。我得保证，肯定不是在youtube上先找到的，可能是twitter，我twitter 加
的不多，但信息量非常大，经常看不过来就关掉了。而facebook也是如此，偶尔浏览下
，大多数是不是贴吃的喝的，就是小孩，再就是出去玩儿的照片。熟人可以看看，而不
熟或者是随意加的人，只能是跳过不看，除非是养眼的美女，可以驻足欣赏一番。再剩
下的就是读各种喜欢的信息，其实也是可有可无，读不读，效果差不多。
回来继续说“One Pound Fish”。这是个巴基斯坦大叔在英国伦敦卖鱼，整天在菜市场
吆喝，吆喝出名来了。“一磅鱼一块钱，快来看看......” 在国内逛过菜市场的人，

少新手跃跃欲试， 掀起了一阵fly fishing 的热潮， 我也算是fly fishing 爱好者之

， 0.5 Oz通心坠， 8-lb线。 6号钩（不是6/0）， 1寸3/4的grub。 除了坠重了一点
儿， 杆短了一点。 基本上是钓crappie的配置了。bites不少， 拉上来的鱼不多， 都
是barred surfperch。 大概可以算是海里的sun fish了。如果钩子再小一点儿， 应该
hookup rate会高的多。 还没有用fly rod试过。感觉这种鱼练saltwater fly fishing
不错。
Montauk用的长杆重lure应该是surf fishing重装备的极限，这里surf fishing用的大

这次是第一次pure saltwater fly fishing trip, 一杆，一线，一轮，一车轻装出门
远行。杆是海钓标配9 wt, sage xi2, 轮子是Orivs新出的Hydros V, 线也是岸钓
striper的标配9wt RIO intermediate. leader 有striper leader, 也有自己绑的。
Fly 主打是sand eel, clouser, deceiver, silver side, 配和其他的一些pattern.
一杆实际上是一种态度和转变。长途奔袭，无论遇到何种恶劣天气，都不带spinning/casting/conventional做backup. 宁可空军，也要把fly进行到底。一线

I'm newbie to fishing field. A guru told me that there are some fishing men
in Austin area on mitbbs when I asking advice from him.
I don't own a boat and are limited to bank fishing now. I'm doing my home
work to find bank fishing spot for Crappie and Bass -- both black and white.
It's time for classic white bass run in Texas now, after 2-3 week later it
will be the crappie spawn peak run.

买了一本FISHING BASICS, The complete Illustrated Guide，觉得不错。这书上专门
有一章，WHERE TO FISH，
1. ALWAYS FISH STRUCTURE
2. LEARN TO READ STRUCTURE
3. FISH WHERE THE FISH LIVE
我现在就是在学怎么找STRUCTURE。
当然书上还有好多。我得把书上说的和我每次下水收集的数据慢慢对上。
上次在水很冷，在更深的老河道里面果然有好多鱼，尤其是在边缘附近。
在LAKE SOMERVILLE,上次大家选的地方，还有前天那个女侠选的地方，就是一个明显的
POINT(包括UNDER WATER的)
还有就是去买钓鱼的地图，不一定真的很准确，但是能给你开一个头。你到了那个地方
之后读地形（水上的和水下的），看看为什么人家说这里有鱼 |

发帖数: 5728 | 41 这几个月乌烟瘴气的各种误导，希望所有看帖子的，喜好海边surf fishing的，牢记几
个以下的原则：
1）bc不能surf fishing，如今的每一款轮子分工都很细，bc轮的材料和surf轮完全不
同，防水性和抗腐蚀性也不同。
2）bc轮的profile很低，当代的surf杆分两类，一类是plugging杆，以spinning为主，
另一类是conventional杆，以远距离投送bait为主，因为bc轮的profile非常低，
spinning杆的collector太高，不匹配，conventional layout的collector也高，而且
距离reel seat的距离远，这样出线的时候，会产生影响距离的最大问题，即slapping
against blank。
3）bc轮在大风天根本无法使用。surf fishing的一个统筹概念是，preditor fish跟随
baitfish，不会无缘无故靠岸，所以通常在顶风天气的时候，风浪大冲击baitfish靠近
岸边，此时的bc轮是几乎无法使用的，几十迈的风速顶风抛投，bc轮肯定不行。

比较鲜明的特点是尾巴上的黑点。年幼的红鱼有时黑点没长出来，新手容易将其与大个
黄花鱼混淆，造成违规。这时候的诀窍是看下巴，红鱼没胡子。
红鱼是底栖为主的鱼，食谱很杂，从虾到鱼到螃蟹基本通吃。所以钓法可能也是四种鱼
里最丰富的，各个水层都可能钓到，从topwater到用钓水中层再到钓底都能上红鱼。相
对应的，总纲里提到的几种主要钓场红鱼也都会光顾。对假饵的选择也相应很多样，
popper, jig, spoon，roadrunner等我都有上过红鱼。不过不利的是，如果你想专门钓
红鱼有时候就需要点运气了。
最有特色的专钓红鱼的玩法当属saltmarsh flats了，那里是幼年红鱼成长的地方，去
过的都知道，一窝一窝的，划船经过经常惊起一片一片的水纹，俗称rat reds。青壮年
的红鱼也不少。不过似乎鲜有巨物，应该是水太浅，也没有对大鱼有吸引力的bait。这

建议版务不要同意威力和Mayo的fishing版主申请。
Fishing版现在乌烟瘴气，双方都有责任。应该选跟对立双方都没有联系的ID做fishing
版版主。不然Fishing版会永无宁日。
而且看board版目前状况，就知道那些所谓老ID有多厉害，占领board版，满口脏话，和
威力没有区别。而且占领board版，没有纪律，比威力更甚。
应该鼓励更多ID竞选Fishing版主。 |

1. drifting fishing：有书上说weight触底的节奏大概是3-5秒一次，我怎么感觉太慢
了吧，我用大概1/2 - 1 oz 的pencil wight, 每次的触底节奏非常快,一秒好几次。这
样也上过鱼， 这个会影响饵的presentation吗？
Drift fishing, 铅和饵是不碰地的，碰地的话，说明调深了。最好的是饵（铅坠）距
底1-2尺，还要考虑水流。基本上靠试，尽量靠底，但决不要碰底。（如图）
2. drifting fishing 的lead line的长短问题， 我见过3-10feet都有， 这个的长短
要根据什么来确定？ 鱼的深浅？ 感觉由于水流，3feet长的lead也就在底上方1feet左
右，以此类推。
长Leader drifting就是flossing，在drift fishing中是不提倡的。原因就是不同于大
河Bottom bouncing，溪流中drifting，真正咬钩的鱼才是新鲜的鱼。长leader中钩率

少新手跃跃欲试， 掀起了一阵fly fishing 的热潮， 我也算是fly fishing 爱好者之
一， 我来泼一点点冷水， 同时也坚定一下下决心跳坑的人的信念。
先说我的经历， 好几年前邻居 说教我 fly fishing， 哪好吧， 可不巧他病了， 我
就自学上马， 买了便宜的kit，找来练，没有人指导，结果可想而知，可以说fly
fishing 的所有问题都经历了， 信心打击实在太大，最后万分沮丧的退了。 去年开
始，看到化石 BSO 那么多鱼，三文，crappie， 加上 其他几位大牛的“忽悠”， 我又动心了，按网上的建议买了练，总感觉不满足， 跑了basspro，dick 跑了不知道多少次，换了5－6 次不同的竿，不同的weight，不同的搭配 最后定在目前的 9ft 6 weight， TFO medium action 上。 走了无数的弯路，浪费了不少钱， 还折断了一根竿稍，遇见fly fishing 的就套近乎，讨教几招， 最后终于可以领会一点点 fl |
