1100 yard
100 freestyle热身
100breastroke热身
3x fist drill + regular 50 yard 尝到fist drill的好处，今天加练。
2x50 pull.
其余50yard interval freestyle + some breastroke.
最后50yard 带脚蹼打水。时间不够，一共只有1100 yard。
总体感觉，水感好了很多，大部分时间游的很轻松，虽然速度还没上去，fist比
regular快4秒左右，还有提高空间。
高粥不能保持，但没个stroke都有感觉，就是向前sliding的感觉。另外注意了送肩和
一肘尽量放松，省了很多
不必要的消耗。
打水还是短板，比较散，下次多练。发现脚踝比较硬，准备以脚蹼为主练习一段时间。 |

前两天读关于那个记者的书评，说了两句。其实，我对那个记者同学没有什么了解，上
次那个关于山西的文章，我就觉得很一般，事实不够深入细致，满篇都是抒情文体，然
后就是细节错误，氧化性的二氧化硫和还原性的硫化氢都会搞错。要是给人家报道金融
的，连CDS和CDO也搞错，就不要出来混了……
本来吧，人家写书成名关与我无关。不过，看见那种赞扬，觉得太过，忍不住出来说两
句。当记者的，本行业务没有看见高到哪里去，看了一下她的CV，还真的没有拿得出手
的东西。本来写写回忆录是大家的自由，别人也不能说个什么，但是真把自己当根葱，
把记者报道什么的挂在嘴边，然后还“放下自我”。你一开始凭什么就“举起自我”呢？
当然，这世上浪得虚名的人很多，我也犯不着和她过不去。反着看看评论，她写的东西
好像也不是关于报道的，确实是应该称为《我是如果在当记者的时候修心养性的》，呵
呵。
正好想起我前一阵子翻过的一本书，《The Heart and the Fist 》。作者Eric
Greitens，跟记者同学差不多大。出生于密苏里乡下。中学毕业以后，因为成绩优异，

2006年的抵用了3000.现在查网上的是long term好象IRS说可以继续报亏损的.

我有小狗怕不好找旅馆。
我查了附近几个campground都是fist come fist serve的，不知
到7/4左右是不是很多人没有保障。
7月初那里可能还有雪。除了可能不能洗澡以外其他都不是问题。
我们的睡垫和睡袋都很舒服，蚊子也可以解决。
住野外便宜。能住在公园里的话不仅是便宜还省时间。 |

再来纽约版逛的时候，suppersunny已经下台，版主是zult。有人说zult时期也是纽约
版繁盛时期，这我不敢苟同。我进纽约版的习惯，是点“华人世界”，然后再在“本区
热门版面”那个十大list里点纽约版，我当时并不怎么来纽约版，但也有好几次没看见
