就可以了。
确实他是用手推对方的脖子往玻璃上拍，但是我也觉得第一，他是
一个角度上去的，这是标准的body check的接近对方队员的方式。
第二，他的身高在那里摆着，对于一般人来说，只要他抬起一点胳
膊对方的受力点就是头部。第三，早就发现职业队员的body check
比较粗野，经常是两只胳膊flail around，有时觉得是check完的
跟进动作，有的就是有点推人的嫌疑。按说check一开始接触的时
候前臂和手都不应该参与其中的，应该是肩膀，上肢，跨有时需要
膝盖帮个忙。
pronger这个球主要是速度慢了，没有完全追上，所以大面积身体
接触不可能，只好在一臂距离内用手追了，从这点来说的确不是标
准的body check的动作。对方队员也确实倒霉，运气不好，脸正好
在board那个位置。我觉得冰场上最危险的就是board的那个边缘。
特别是对于没有full visor或是cage的队员威胁更大，应该以后想
办法设计的时候设计成没有这个边缘的。 |

control it. a trick you can try is tighten your abs while turning. here's
how it works: before you stop, briefly glide follow by 90 degree turn,
remember to tighten your abs all the time. lower your gc, slide sideways and
keep tightening your abs until you finish. another important thing is don't
let your arms flail around. they help you keep your body under control. try
that see how it works for you. |

有点不放心他们中的某两个做事的质量。protocol 是为了减少热量损失，每个必须在
十分钟内完成。小宝贝也不臭，放屁打嗝都很有趣。
不过，nursing 不管哪科都是有stress 的，做多了stress 就会越来越小。几乎每个
小宝贝一脱下衣服就开始大声哭，甚至scream。听诊器一放到ＣＨＥＳＴ也会大哭，即
使是暖和的，隔层衣服。如果父母，有时候父母祖父母都在旁边，四个人齐齐盯着你，
说着this is too much,凑过来摸头摸脚.可怜天下父母心，其实宝贝哭，他们不喜欢的
事，手脚快点做完就好了不会哭了。父母喜欢每一步都抚摸个不停，结果就是慢吞吞半
天做不了什么，宝贝也不会calm down. 还不能多说。也是一种stress 吧。
抽血的时候，刚开始自己是新手，一个人一 边挤，一边忙着往宝贝嘴里放pacifier，
用个小注射器沿着边缘放点sucrose,宝贝们一疼就会乱扭，flailing, 手脚乱舞，
pacifier 放着就会掉，这时候哭到整层楼都听得到，是很不好的。（有些小宝贝腰穿
