3月24日，在共和党内部无法取得一致的情况下，特朗普被迫叫停了废除奥巴马医
保法的努力。但取消奥巴马时代的个人隐私保护规定，共和党却是党政齐心，颇为顺利
。医保，如此巨大的看得见的利益毕竟使议员们踌躇，而个人信息和隐私，这些看不见
