不过火警训练是每年都要的。
火警响了，第一就是关门，每个门都是防火防烟的。医院的人员配置不可能做到搬离病
人。因为火警一响，就不能用电梯。现在的病人，至少1/3是不能自己走的。很多都是
完全卧床的。我们一般是6个病人一个护士，8-12个病人一个护工，能照顾独立行走的
病人走就不错了。完全卧床的病人走防火通道那是不可能的，除非是FIREFIGHTER来背
。所以只能按POLICY来做。
当然大部分是假火警。但是真要是本楼层着火了，估计只能是照顾能行动的病人逃离，
抢救剩下的病人只能是消防员的工作了。
平常把一个不能行动的病人从CART移动到床上都要4个人。你怎么抢救。
除了关门，碰到突发的火灾，所有的医院POLICY都是R〉A〉C〉E

system, which is the Roman alphabet for Chinese. Thus, we understand the
profanity that is used by you in this comment. You also said that the two
dead were your "xiong di", or buddies. However, did you know their habits of
reckless driving? If so, then you are the murder who at least partially
caused their death. As a resident of Ohio, I certainly do not want to share
my roads with these two.

今天，我非常震惊地发现，1946年《远东国际军事法庭判决书》（International
Military Tribunal for the Far East Judgment）网上居然有英语全文，那可是1500
页的文件啊。
我从不知道，这么重要的第二次世界大战的文件，网上居然可以轻易找到！国内媒体好
像从来没有宣传过这件事。我查了国家图书馆的数据库，发现这个文件很可能没有出版
过中译本。我不知道台湾是否出过中译本，当年南京政府应该有中文版的。
我对这个事情很不理解。
这是第一手的历史原件，历史价值就不用说了，对于爱国主义教育和揭露日本军国主义
的罪行，都有巨大的价值。可是，为什么大家都不知道呢？这是公共领域的材料，没有

由于工作和家庭都有很多事情要对付，到现在才输完吴今的文章。要说明的是：
文章是吴今在大学二年级时作为英语课的写作作业交给老师的，我一字不改地抄
在这儿，里面的任何语法或拼写错误都是原先存在的。另外，我保存的确实是吴
今亲笔手稿的复印件，我也曾想直接扫描后贴上，但是十几年过去了，纸张已泛
黄，我怕扫描后各位朋友看不清，故宁愿花点时间逐字输入。当然，我会再试着
扫描，尽我的能力使各位能看到吴今的手迹。希望大家原谅的是，由于工作和家
庭的双重压力，我只能慢慢做这些事。
吴今的事尘封在我心底已久，此次写出这些事，只是希望能提供点一手的资料给
很多愿意帮助这个家庭的人，没有任何别的意义。尽管如此，心底仍有不安，怕
