背景：我的车最近在修理，所以驾驶着一辆租来的车。
事件：今天(FEB 19, 2012)晚上8：40左右，我按照限速在一四LANE的路上正常行驶，
在从左边数第二条LANE里，周日晚上路上没有几辆车，我正沉浸在ADELE美丽的SET
FIRE TO THE RAIN中，突然没打大灯的一辆车从背后超了过来，说时迟那时快，马上
要撞上我车后了。我心里一惊，以为后面的人酒后驾车，于是加了速度，超过限速5麦
了，稍微拉开了距离；刚刚还不过30秒，那辆车马上就又粘上我车屁股了。我心里异常
惊诧，觉得有点不对劲，于是又踩了油门，加了速，当时超了限速10麦，不料刚刚加了
速，后面车又凑上来了，尼玛，不跟你较劲了，没来及打灯，我赶紧就换了车道，去了
右边的LANE.
突然背后的车像纽约时代广场上新年的样子全身亮了起来，加上鸣笛。这才发现后面的
车是警车。于是马上PULL OVER了。

My tools are not the most easy and fast to use, but then I don't use them
for a living.
My drill combo (drill/drive, jigsaw, sander, flashlight) is about $50, circular saw $35, and framing nailer is also the cheapest brand (full price about $90 something and I bought a broken one at $20 and fixed it). |

我个人认为，每一个Realtor都需要买个iPhone。基本带一个iPhone，其它所有东西都
不用带了。总结一下其功能。
基本功能：
1）Mobile Phone：就是移动手机的功能，到哪里都能接电话。
2）Text message，发短信息。比如通知一个地址什么的。你也可以用Free的TextFree。
3）Mail：收发邮件，你可以联上Google, Yahoo的帐户。
4）Notes: 快速记些Note。
5) Reminders：重要事情，我会加个reminder。
以上是作为智能手机所有的基本功能。
