flask很轻量，基本就一个文件就搞定，而且使用jinjia2模版，在小project开发上用
的很多。
Django相反功能很全，相对也复杂很多，历史悠久，在大型开发中用的多。
但是它们都不是web前端，要做正规的web服务器前端还是apache之类，再同这些python
库链接。 |

而python有很多现成的resources, 然后就在Django和Flask之间选，前者文档丰富，
plugin很多，虽然我挺喜欢Flask的精简，但最终还是选了Django, 尽快出活很重要。

如果对python熟悉，可以玩一玩bottle.py, 就一个文件，很干净很舒服，做很多事情
也capable. 不太scalable.
直接上来学Django也行，只是个人觉得flask is a better place to start off. |

让它listen to port 3023。
python web framework的选项多得不得了，你如果没有复杂需求，就找个比较简单的。
比如我前两天用的wheezy.web，据说最快，但好像用的人不多，可能有问题没人回答。
不过我也没啥问题，copy paste doc就搞定了。flask好像也是比较简单的那种
framework，用得人多些。其他的大的framework比如django这种可能要算overkill了。

的50ml的flask，把上层剪掉做孵育器皿，孵育整张膜也就用6~7ml抗体/milk。每次孵
育后，取出膜，用保鲜膜包住flask，直接冻到-20，下次拿出来融化后继续用。 |

问别的试验室要了一对MEF （wt和ko的），我想immortalize它，因为以后想经常用到
。我就打算一直传。
问题是，那个细胞长的特别慢，有的细胞拉伸的特别长，而且经常有死细胞悬浮。我只
好2天换一次DMEM（+FBS）。因为细胞数目越养越少，现在从要来之后从一个大flask传
到小flask，细胞密度与日俱减，真担心再过几个星期就养死了！
有没有什么挽救的办法？谢谢。我就这么“不管不顾”的传，可以么？需要额外添加的
什么东西能让细胞长的happy点么？ |

EDTA,我们用的是0。05%，比你的低五倍。
我一般的程序是：PBS洗一次后，T75加1-1。5 mltrypsin，用手转动flask,让trypsin
cover所有的细胞表面，然后把trypsin suck away。把flask放iincubator 3-5分钟就
可以了。不晃动，在microscope下改看到的都市单细胞。如果下不来，往往是PBS没洗
好，可以多洗一次。
肝细胞会例外。它们本来就抱团。这个只能靠needle来处理。 |

不是这样的，首先不是平衡态（因为不断的有蒸气从体系溢出，被抽到泵中，所以物料
不平衡），其次就算是个平衡体系，ef和cf之间其实是有个压力梯度的，越靠近ef气压
越大（真空度越小），这个我测过。
一般油泵如果没有冷井，可以抽到5-3mmHg；加冷井可以低于1mmHg。 |
