普通的房间是flat. 有时候在浴室会用点eg shell, 刷门窗，moulding用eg shell,因
为有shining. 我是房间浴室都用的flat.如果是深色就一定要用flat才有质感，用了eg
shell发着亮光就悲剧了 |

缠胶带说明from usps.com:

主要还是看当地邮局的人管得有多严
如果塞得太鼓需要用胶带才能封上那是肯定不行
但是如果自己缠了胶带，邮局的人就不知道信封本来合不合得上
有些邮局会拒收太鼓的或者缠了胶带的包裹
为了保险起见，我都让邮局的人帮我缠，他们的胶带都印了USPS的，不会有麻烦 |

这种塞进去比较困难的包裹还是在家装好了打印好label了去drop off比较好

图便宜用padded flat rate priority的信封寄了点东西回去。因为东西不多，却又大
概接近2磅，small flat rate box据说太小，容易被人踹走，就用padded信封塞了个比
small box大的盒子寄。LJ打头，不能查询，还没跟踪到芝加哥就没有update了。15号
寄出去的，现在有没有可能快到了？

Henninger Flats这条路大部分是防火道，不适合夏天走，却正好适合周六的多云
天气，顺带可以欣赏山下的城市景色和山上Mt.Wilson的积雪。
因为路程短，可以晚些出发，到山顶上camping site午餐potluck，然后打牌杀人，
傍晚下山再腐败。

最近一段时间巨忙，很难抽出时间钓鱼。时值鲥鱼鱼讯，鱼友笑笑上周末去Flat Rock
的HuronRiver钓上了36条鲥鱼(shad)，大的有三镑左右，小的有0.8~1lbs。据说国内长
江鲥鱼已经夸张地卖到500元/斤http://jingji.cntv.cn/20100520/104597.shtml，因此，笑笑强烈建议组织一次活动。这个诱惑太大了，这等好消息一定得与各位鱼友分享，特别展开一次钓鲥鱼活动，鱼讯难得，机不可失。
时间：2011年11月13日（周日），下午1:00开始
地点：Flat Rock, Huron River Dam (+42° 5' 49.96", -83° 17' 44.13")，详见附
图。

1 Agent也是人，RE是一个靠人和人打交道的行业。记得一句话”顶级的Agent都不给
rebate”
1.5 什么是顶级的agent？就是在hot market中间你能买到房，在cold market中间你能
卖掉房
2 人都不喜欢lowball offer。比如你卖车自己觉得值35k，但是被offer 15k，你会不爽
3 如果Agent不爽但是还是接下了offer，agent很难卖力，也很难fully engage
4 便宜无好货，"Flat Fee"Agent 一般有provision，要求每写一个offer给多少钱（
这个也是事实因为写一个offer需要几小时时间）
5 你自己猜的offer for purchase 有3个可能：
A Lowball offer,直接被seller垫床脚
B competitive offer ,被别的buyer match
C High offer,自己聪明省下来的钱都送给seller了

long you been know me. lol). I usually hit flat only when ball are at least
chest height when it land inside the service box.
One of my advantage for my forehand is hit hard on high bounce ball. I can
flat it out with mass top-spin due to racquet head was in close position.
The technique to flat out the high bounce ball is very simple, close your
racquet head accordingly based on your position and the ball bounce height. |

终于搞清楚了
1，Fitted Sheet是套席梦思的
2，Flat sheets是铺在1上面的
3，Comforter是被子，但不能被拆洗？这个？难道都扔进去洗衣机？
4，Duvet也是被子对吧？但可以套Duvet cover
没搞清楚的是
Flat sheets是纯粹铺着好看？睡觉前就掀开仍一边？
还是睡觉时可以当棉布毯子盖身上？
我就想要duvet cover 这样的被套，方便清洗，但好象不容易买到？
还没搞清楚什么是Quilt
这个跟comforter（棉被？），duvet(羽绒被？）的区别是什么？
哪位妈妈指导指导我这个蠢人吧，我不愿意一一买回来拆开，然后退回去

duvet是比较厚的被子，里面填蓬松的羽绒或者down alternative
