These guys don't know what risks they are taking by using ARMs.
They actually are betting again banks on not only the interest rates but
also the yield curve shape (flatten or steepen). Like you said, when yield
curve reversed (short term > long term), then ARMs rates are actually higher
than long term rates.
Banks have all the weapons to calibrate the yield curves and use historical
data and economic analysis to forecast future rates. A normal customer doesn
't.

Warm water or milk
Ghee or margarine

Method :
Sift the flour and salt together.
Knead flour, egg, sugar and ghee with water/milk (a little at a time) good
enough to make a moderately soft dough or easy to handle.
Leave for 2-3 hours or overnight.
Divide dough into 8 equal parts.
Shape it into balls.
Flatten each ball with a rolling pin and fold in 1/2 teaspoon ghee.
Roll up dough and twist it into a coil. |

提高
一般来说，对于同一个人，越轻越软的球杆挥起来，杆头速度会越快。铁杆看准确性，
木杆看距离，这就是为什么即便是在pro圈里，木杆杆身也基本上都是graphite材质的
原因。这里面还有个launch angle的问题。抛物线太高了，速度再快也飞不远，而且飞
高了受风影响也大很多。所以杆身越轻飞的越远也不是一定的，当然对于大部分业余球
友来说，选择更轻更软的shaft比较合适。
这个要去fit，每个人swing方法不一样。比如，偏向one plane swing的人可以去试着
flatten几度杆头。ben hogan，我记得5尺8寸吧，flat 2 degree
应该是偏左，不过可以靠调整release来补偿。主要是对高水平球友来说，大的offset
在要shape ball的时候不太好控制，所以比较prefer小offset甚至没有offset的球杆。 |

no mini grooves left at the lower part of the surface. TM Tp with the
replaceable face is a fancy idea but I would probably create more nicks and
dings on the bounce before I flatten out the surface.
I have two Vokey SMs (54 and 60). The 54 SW is the work horse. I will need
to get a new one soon. I used a TM RAC wedge before, it was heavier than
Vokey. |

went to a same ski shop offered the free demo in the morning and asked for a
tune. First did the "Premium Tune"
- Side Edge Belt Finished
- Base Finished with ScotchBrite Tuning Belt
- Our Race Grind structure is applied
- WaxJet Finished
Then went to gunstock and skied 3 runs. Edge was a little better but still
far from the demoed volkl skis.
Went back to the shop again and did the "Ultimate Race Tune"

During the video analysis on day 2, Jay said both Andrei and I lacked
counteraction (CA) as our upper bodies followed the skis. Well, true, but we
were supposed to focus on CB on day 2, weren’t we? Anyway, CA became the
theme of day 3.
Jay explained to us that CA is used to make better ski edge grip. (I think
it also makes release much easier.) When skis point to one direction, we

草场上几乎每一个技术环节都有小小的提高，加在一起真不得了。
1. 发球。这个环节提高最大，纳豆的发球局现在非常稳，ACE球和直接得分球越来越多。
2. 网前。纳豆仍然是底线为主，但他目前上网有板有眼的，网球的判断和手感相当不
错，非常实在。
3. 切削。纳豆的切削仍然比不上小费那么有攻击性和富于变化，不过他现在基本上可
以用切削在草场上进行过渡和相持。
4. 移动。依然非常迅速，滑步也很漂亮。看来对游子尼比赛中受到伤并无大碍。
纳豆在底线依然是强烈上旋打法，这种打法并不适合于草场。不过纳豆和其它上旋型打
法的选手相比有一大优势，就是他在对付半场较短的球时，仍然可以非常有效的
