1.先说说我选择去要审稿的编辑的选择：
校友（各期刊主编）>欧洲主编（一般比较nice)>各个期刊副主编
我遇到过三种回复：
a.直接给你注册链接，马上或者稍后就给你发来稿子审理；
b.有机会一定会考虑你 （往往等了很久我才会受到审稿）
c.你没有在本杂志发表过文章，不予考虑 or 你还不够international repute不能给你
审稿 （这样的信我一般都会很礼貌的回复，其中一个态度很差的editor还竟然两年之
后给了我审稿）
建议大家的心态是：姜太公钓鱼，愿者上钩；人家编辑也没必要帮助你，倒是你能
offer给期刊什么。
2.给编辑怎么发邮件：
尽量用公司或者学校的域名邮箱，不然很容易进入到编辑的spam
subject尽量和编辑扯上关系 比如是校友你可以这项 Reviewer Opportunities---From
XXX University；subject只需要说明你写这封信干什么就好，别的就是吸引编辑眼球
让他能读完。

unless there's some intrisic flaws in the game itself such that makes a rule
necessary.
in the case for badminton, i don't think the current rule system is flawed
to a point where a rules change is needed. but I also do think that with
the proposed rule change, some very interesting strategary can be developed
that can open a whole new dimension for the game.

see very strange thing, for example after you open 1NT, GIB would transfer
to 2H, but then you find it has a balanced hand with only 4 hearts.
In general, there should be initial rules to follow, for example if you have
13 HPC with 5 spades, you should open 1S. There is no need to construct

North Carolina?
West Virginia?
Florida?
PLEASE don't tell me that they were all once ranked. I really don't want to
get into the details of the huge flaw of preseason rankings, like Florida
was ranked #4 and #3.
Remember how the flawed ranking system gave illusions to many teams which
eventually faced the reality in the past. |
