肥胖的人胖在身体缺乏营养,每天把calory budget都投入到糖啊,精细碳水这种
energy dense但是nutrition deficient的东西上。
更别提吃点油炸-transfat, 红肉类-胆固醇,更是增加了身体排毒的负担
身体的状况就是一直缺乏vitamins, minerals, fiber,omega-3, omega-6,raw food
中的酵素,益生菌等等,就给身体信号,营养缺失,要快点囤积点fat哦
反过来,如果每天都吃得健康--
我现在喜欢whole food, plant-based diet(有本idiot's guide)
或者那本you are what you eat书里说的diet of abundance
不用灰常灰常费力做运动,

这次转战了一家店,就是Trader Joe's,看看这里有啥好东西。
结果真在劳动节发现了几款好东西。
我发现大多数中国人喜欢high-moister, semi-soft, 口味淡的cheese
所以隆重推荐三种:一种cooking cheese,一种table cheese,一种dessert cheese
首先说cooking cheese,就是羊奶制成的Chevre,味道很淡,几乎没有盐
但是有一股淡淡的“羊油味”。山羊奶制成。
很多fitness的杂志,都论证过,山羊奶是比牛奶更好的奶源。过敏反应少,不会涨气。
以前我很少吃,是因为很贵。但是现在发现trader joe卖得非常便宜,1大条,才3块多
回家发现非常不错!不比欧洲进口的贼贵的差!而且热量低,软,每个serving才80卡
是非常好的cooking cheese
早上起来,用任何lunch meat卷它,就很有以前在回民区去吃羊肉的感觉。

A. The single most essential supplement in my book would have to be
preformed fish oils (EPA/DHA, the two key long-chain omega-3 fatty acids).
It's not an over-exaggeration to say that they do everything and are almost
totally insufficient in our modern diet. Six 1-gram capsules per day (and I
prefer this to flax oil) should be mandatory. Honestly, this should be
considered a food anyhow.

不难,我喜欢的肉类就是鸡胸肉,对鸡翅膀等都不敢兴趣,鱼也就吃一种脂肪少的鱼肉
,三文鱼我也不吃,我减5磅变成麻杆,再吃JUNK FOOD,变成现在的SKINNY FAT的肥麻
杆,得去跑步了,体脂有点高了
我这几个月基本都在吃我喜欢的JUNK FOOD,当饭吃。各种饼干攒了2篮子,各种巧克力
,狂喝WHOLE MILK,还有每周末都去外面吃饭。现在这些都减掉了,以后不去外面吃饭
,牛奶也改1%的塑料水了,不能换豆奶,太甜了,喝不动。开始吞我以前买的FLAX
SEED的粉(挺难吃的)。下周去跑步了,饿掉5磅不科学。~~>_<~~ |

世界上的东西都没那么简单,不能简单的划成好与坏,健康与不健康,这又是一个例子
:十字花科的蔬菜,虽然有抗癌等多种好处,吃多了(尤其是生吃)容易甲减。
包括 kale, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, Brussels sprouts and collard
greens。
flax,almonds,strawberries, soy, peaches, peanuts, corn, radishes, rutabaga
and spinach 也不能吃多了。
当然,问题在于吃"多"了,一周吃几份问题不大,但是天天吃,一吃一大杯就可能会
影响甲状腺。
除了适量以外,还需要注意:

sesami oil也用过,就是味道太大了啊,像是常年在中华料理厨房工作的。
橄榄油,不能太多,有点难洗。
coconuts oil,好像都吃到头发里了,洗了三四次还是看着油,不过网上很多人推荐它。
还用过mustard oil,也是不能放时间久,也会看着油
walnuts oil, almond oil都差不多,味道好一些……
youtube上有review,很多,你都可以试试,挺好玩儿的 |

紫色的和橘黄色的都是wallflower.
粉红色的芍药叫bowle of beauty. 还有其他很多芍药,去年种的牡丹现在也有骨朵了,
等开时贴照片来。
