后来买了一个snowboard上衣90多后来去寒冷地带滑雪证明很有用
要论滑雪专用衣服,只有这个上衣而已,剩下的都是日场也穿的

patagonia fleece are excellent too, but expensive. In your case, any fleece
should with a hardshell.

un-insulated water proof ski jacket plus fleece jacket or other insulation
layers since you can always add one more fleece to keep you warm depending
on the weather. stay away from cotton for all layers including base layer.
if you plan to ski often in this coming season(s), go get a quality ski
jacket and you won't regret.

女生版装备：我向来的坏习惯就是出门打包很多东西，所以根据你自己的情况和个人喜好自己精剪哈。
睡袋（0F/-15C），防潮垫。其他所有东西包括衣服外套登山杖，所有东西都是可以租的，价格在每件/副$10-$15不等。但唯独睡袋和防潮垫一定要自己带。当地提供租的防潮垫和睡袋会让你睡得难过死，冻死。这个一定要自己带舒服的防潮垫和保暖的睡袋。
1. 一副好的anti-shock的登山杖是非常必须的。从头用到尾，从上山到下山，就靠着它了。
2. 登山鞋。
3. 每天一双smartwool的袜子
4. 在campsite营地时穿的运动鞋和棉袜，这个看个人偏好，男生穿厚袜子和拖鞋在营地走来走去的也有。

有红肿的情况。
窝看起来很不错啊。不过我个人觉得放草的盘子里面的bedding是少了点。只要有平的
地方（不吸水）就很容易出现黄屁股，不知道是不是这里导致了肚子湿。
我家以前也在草盆里面放bedding，因为bedding很容易带出来粘在外面的fleece，后来
干脆换fleece+毛巾了。现在还是头疼草带出来的问题，不过总比shaving要好打扫多了
。还好我没有洁癖，所以它的尿布我都是用白醋+水漂一下扔给洗衣机热水洗的。 |

最最重要的问题，guinea pig可以litter train吗？有没有办法让它们在一块fleece上
尿尿和臭臭？
还有如何剪指甲，现在一抱就跑，不让剪指甲，我怕它们的指甲太长了往里面弯。

rei.com, sierratradingpost.com,backcountry.com,altrec.com 看看其它牌子,
marmot,mountain hardware,也不错，别忘了看看网站上outlet里会有些好deal，原价

Soft Shell Jackets 轻薄，透气好，water resistant,但冷风吹还是会透
Fleece Jackets 保暖性好，不防水
ski-jackets/rain jacket一般会防水,但会有些闷
要是冷的地方，可以看看hardshell jacket(waterproof)会暖些，或softshell fleece
jacket(windproof),具体那个好，我就要问我lg了
个人推荐Arc'teryx softshell 是因为颜色样式不土气哈 |
