觉还可以。当场要了carfax回来
查了一下，两个owner，结果发现前一个是corporate fleet，9个月开了1w6 mi，然后
通过auction卖到了第二个
owner，就是我见得那个，私人，（他说他是从dealer那里买的）开了四年半。现在总
共75k mi。
看保养似乎做得很不够？carfax有fleet和auction的话是不是碰不得的？尤其是一开始
9个月开了1w6，可是后一个
owner开了4年半才卖掉的，按理来说是不是车况还可以呢（还是说开了4年发现不大行
了再卖掉。。。）？这样的车能
不能考虑呢？还是说，这车值不值得去做一个mechanical check再作考虑呢？本人新手
，完全不懂车，求救各位，谢

是都Fleet, rental and/or lease use records。通常是0.5年-1.5年的fleet或者
lease，那段时间平均一年开4-5w mile。剩下的几个owner都只开了很少的mile数。所
以总迈数还是很好看。
关键在于那一年的fleet/lease。这样的车车靠普马？fleet/lease的车会不会被abuse
的很厉害？

，所以他们要找的不是初价便宜，而是三万麦内掉价最少的车。这时候本田小二肯定要
跳出来说我们本田resale value很好。这正是本田狡猾的地方，本田不卖fleet，一方
面提高了自己新车的利润，另一方面也提高了自己旧车的resale value，因为市场上少
了很多退役的rental car竞争二手价格。所以，本田的resale value是本田战略的结果
，他们宁可少卖，也要多赚，可谓要么不开张，开张吃三年。而三大的resale value是
建立在市场上大量退役rental car的基础上。
其次，总有人觉得租车公司买美国车是为了爱国。错一大半。作为租车公司，他们的任

区别在于fleet的可能被一个人或者固定几个人操，租车公司的被很多人操
但是实际还是要看车况和保养情况
fleet的也可能被虐，不按时保养，租车公司的虽然按时保养但是可能被租车人虐 |

lease虽然每年mileage高，但新车有warranty，也会去做维护，因为车况会影响到
residue value

其实也就比正常估价便宜1，2000刀。车不能试，事先也看不到，能知道vin，给完整的
carfax，里面换油换轮胎之类的记录都很完整。成交后送到家门口交货，如果有质量问
题才可以退。一口价。
我自己想换一个suv，选择只有escape和terrain， escape 12年的review很差基本就排
除了，后来发觉有不少malibu， fusion 价格也好，又有点心动。觉得继续开sedan也
可以考虑。
请大家帮我看看。
基本上这些选择：
1. 13000+tax， mile 4万不到， Chevy malibu LS
2. 14000+tax， mile 5万出头， Ford fusion SE
3. 17500+tax， mile 3万出头， GMC Terrain SLE
这种值得考虑吗？还是fleet的就不要想了，特别还看不到车不能试驾？ |

统计学概念，所以只对群体而言才有意义。这就是我常说为什么个人买车不需要考虑所
谓的可靠性。因为那没有意义。但是如果做fleet采购就不一样了，可靠性是首要条件。
